Dealcatcher No order

I made my order in early August and it is now late September and there is still no sign of my order.
After I placed my order and paid for it I was supposed to get a confirmation message but they did not send me anything. That is when I got suspicious.
Time passed and there was no information regarding my order status and when I tried to contact Dealcatcher they did not reply. It is almost two months now and I still have no idea where my order is and when will it arrive.
