Days Inncustomer service


I called into Days Inn Madison Heights on 10/16/17 and spoke to a front desk employee named “kayp” supposedly. He was very rude when I asked about a promotion that was supposed to be going on! He told me I had the wrong number & have a nice day. No further info on where to call. He even hung up on me & when I called back twice he picked up the phone & hung it up. Then once I finally got answer, he proceeded to pretend he didn’t just hang up on me. He also lied & told me the manager wasn’t there & then said he was the manager. This all transpired between 6:40 PM-7 PM. I want to speak with the owner ASAP or headquarters to see how this will be handled or it will go further.
