I really like many of your products, but the time it takes you to ship anything is absolutely absurd. It took six weeks to get a simple muzzle device! I ordered an upper as a Christmas gift and even asked if you could ship it before Christmas. No reply. And by the way, I’m still waiting on it.

You will never reach your full potential with this kind of service. It's beyond frustrating and unacceptable. Fix your shipping process, you're losing customers..

Recommendation: take your business elsewise... they do not want it..
