In this company NOBODY cares. It’s like an AI robot firm, like the DMV, they may or may not respond to your email, to get anything done takes months, but they will be quick to collect and keep your money. Security deposits are kept without explanation. You might as well trash the place- instead of working hard to return it nicer than you were given it, they will keep your money anyway.

Recommendation: DONT rent from them. If you are an owner, watch your money go down the drain.
