Been renting 4 years. Always pay rent earlier than due date, take care of the house, yard etc. Have had 2 major leaks. 2 yrs ago took 5 weeks to be contacted, and add’l week to fix. 2nd leak- submitted claim 2 wks ago. Still no call to get fixed! Called property manager of state, no call back! Sick of AI! Need real people to take care of issues.
