Damelin Correspondence College [DCC] review: refund

I registered for a course at damelin East London in January 2019 in which I paid in full. I was told the classes will commence at the beginning of April 2019. I waited the whole of April, May, June and in July I canceled the registration after being told the classes won't start until the required number of students is obtained. Right after I canceled my registration I applied for a refund on the 12th of July 2019 and was told I can expect my refund after 90days in which the 90days ended on the 12 of October. Since October I have been calling numerous times to found out what the delay was with my refund but every phone call proved to be unhelpful. I have been communicating with Zintle Ndimande about this issue but she has proven to be no help. I have been waiting for my refund for almost 4 months in addition to the 90days I was told to wait. I need answers. Please I need assistance on this matter.
