I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to address a pressing matter regarding my investment in a unit at Damac Heights and an unfortunate situation that has arisen in this context.

In the year 2020, I expressed my interest in investing in a unit at Damac Heights, specifically PRVB 1907, and subsequently paid a reservation fee of 20,000 AED along with an additional 100,000 AED to secure my interest in this property. At that time, I was under the impression that my investment was in safe hands, and I was excited about this opportunity.

However, shortly after my initial investment, I was approached by an individual named Moataz Elnashar via email (moataz.[protected]@damacgroup.com) who suggested an alternative investment strategy. He proposed that I use part of my end-of-service benefits to invest in Damac Preve, while simultaneously obtaining a non-resident mortgage loan to cover the remaining amount. Intrigued by this offer, we discussed the possibility of switching my investment to either DH 806 or PRVA 201, and I agreed to consider this option.

My decision to change my investment was significantly influenced by Moataz's persistent communication and the apparent benefits of the alternative investment he proposed. However, the situation took an unexpected turn when I had to return to the United States due to a family emergency. Regrettably, my father passed away a few months later, and during this difficult time, I was in continuous contact with Moataz through WhatsApp.

Despite my ongoing efforts to arrange a meeting with Moataz and further discuss my investment, he began to ignore my messages. In [Year], when I visited the Damac branch in Barsha Heights, I was shocked to discover that Moataz had been terminated from his position over a year ago. This revelation left me deeply concerned and suspicious of the circumstances surrounding my investment. It appears that I had been misled and deceived by Moataz, who had been providing false information and was no longer a representative of Damac Properties.

Since that moment, I have made numerous attempts to resolve the issue and request a refund of the 140,000 AED I had initially invested. I have traveled from the United States to Dubai multiple times to meet with Damac representatives and find a resolution to this matter. Unfortunately, despite my persistent efforts, Damac has continued to deny my request for a refund, leaving me in a state of distress and financial uncertainty.

I want to emphasize that my intention in writing this email is to seek a fair and just resolution to this situation. I had entrusted my hard-earned money with Damac Properties in good faith, and the unexpected turn of events has left me in a difficult and precarious financial situation. I implore you to review my case and consider the significant emotional and financial distress that I have endured.

I kindly request that Damac Properties promptly address this matter by refunding the 140,000 AED I initially invested. I believe Damac must uphold its reputation for integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I am open to discussing this issue further with your representatives and am prepared to provide any necessary documentation or evidence to support my claim.

I have the same story with Damac. They took my 20 000 AED and never paid them back even if they told me they are refundable if we did not finalize the transaction. This was for Damac Hills project. The Sales rep was Esraa Soliman and the Sales Manager was Imad Maalouf. This was in early 2023.
