Erika, the project manager, she is extremely professional. she was always there for us to answer our questions, everything came out very smooth. The staff who changed the roof I give them 100 plus. organized very carefully and left everything very clean. I recommend them 100%.

My experience with Peachtree Restorations was top notch. They came first thing in the morning, worked hard all day and cleaned up so you couldn't even tell they were ever here. Erika K was our project manager and she was on top of it. She led us through the entire project flawlessly. I highly recommend this company and be sure to let Erika help, she was amazing!

Getting a new roof from Peachtree Restorations was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The crew worked like a well-oiled machine, quietly setting up materials before dawn, but efficiently tearing into things at daybreak. They got the whole roof done in one day. Erika Smith is indeed a roofing expert; she knows shingles, knows the business, and knows how to work with insurance companies. But perhaps most importantly, Erika Smith knows people and their concerns. She responds with integrity and honesty. My roof is beautiful and will last for years to come!

Alex and Peachtree restorations replaced our roof today. They did an amazing job! The roof was replaced in one day. Alex is a true professional, walking us through the whole process and was always available to answer my questions. Alex and the site supervisor Pedro were on site during the replacement all the way until completion even performing safety checks of my attic. They took photos and performed inspections throughout the day during the replacement. I was skeptical when Alex first knocked on my door but wow I am so glad I went with Alex and Peachtree restorations. They are truly a company you can trust.

Peachtree Restorations has just completed a roof replacement of our house. From the beginning of talks to the completion, our project manager, [insert name], has been fantastic. So often these days with contractors, the homeowner is left in the dark as to what will happen and when. Not so with [name] and Peachtree. Everything she told us would happen occurred exactly as she said and when she said. On top of that, our roof was completed in one day and the crew cleaned up very well. It was almost as if they had not even been here. Again, [name] was great every step of the way. I highly recommend this company.

We had storm damage to our roof. We contacted Peachtree Restorations Project Manager Erika K. Within hours she did a drone inspection and gave us an honest estimate of possible Insurance Payment and Our Contribution if we get the roof done. She did not make us sign any documents. After we decided to get the roof done, she gave us a firm estimate first and then got our signatures to proceed. She responded to emails promptly and kept us informed. The team that came to do our roof did an excellent job. We are happy that we worked with Peachtree Restorations. And Erika K is an excellent Project Manager to contact.

I had the best experience with Peachtree Restorations! My sister-in-law (yes she is my sister-in-law), but I promise that doesn't get her bonus points, made everything so easy. I didn't even have to speak to my insurance company. Not once. She handled everything and made it truly an effortless transaction. The guys came on time at 7am to start the roof and were finished before 7pm the same day. I cannot compliment Peachtree Restorations, the team and Peachtree Restorations enough. Easy no hassle process..very straightforward process and no hidden fees. Also my sister-in-law is patient at answering roofing questions...I knew nothing! The roof looks great too:)) A+++++

Peachtree Restorations Project Manager Wells Johnson provided excellent customer service throughout our roofing project. He was always very professional and continually provided his expertise in getting the project completed. We can't thank him enough for always providing timely updates throughout the process. He always kept us abreast of any dates/changes due to rain and other weather-related delays. His information was always accurate and responses to questions were turned around very fast. Answers were clear, concise, and detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly. All responses were always prompt and professional. He was very friendly and patient in helping us select the best roofing products for our home. His attention to details was flawless. His attention to detail was impressive and his customer service skills are excellent. Unbelievable customer service from beginning to end of the process.

What an AWESOME company with AWESOME employees! Initially when the representative rung our doorbell, I was hesitant; only because I am weary of anyone that goes door to door. However, Erika, Sheri, Nick, Pedro, Crystal, and the entire Peachtree Restoration team were a true blessing. I am so glad we went with this team. No matter the time of day, they were quick to respond and provided us with step by step assistance throughout the entire process; just totally transparent. Erika specifically went above and beyond to assist us. Plus, we ended up getting approved through our insurance as their Public Adjusters took care of EVERYTHING. This was a smooth and quick process executed with true precision. The entire process (i.e., inspection, insurance claim, and install) took only 2 months. The crew arrived on time, finished in one day, and you could tell they knew what they were doing. My husband appreciated the fact they they cleaned up behind themselves and protected the surrounding areas. Our new roof looks amazing and, most importantly, is now more efficient! I am utterly impressed and would recommend this company to anyone in need of roof assistance. P.S - Erika Kight, our project manager, is a genuine person and I think she should get a raise as she continued working even while on vacation. You can really tell that she loves her job...true dedication.
