Bill is amazing! I have interacted with him on two different inspections and he was thorough and kind in both. Patient with me as a first time home buyer and more than happy to interact with the people I brought along for the inspection review. After the review, those same people said that they wished they knew Bill before they bought their home. His genuine caring and in-depth inspection could have saved them some headaches!

Bill was absolutely phenomenal! I couldn't have asked for a better or friendlier inspector. He not only thoroughly made sure to inspect everything as if his “own daughter" - his words - were moving in, but he even showed me how to winterize things and maintain them as I've never owned a house before. I will definitely be recommending him to others, and I feel like the price I paid was completely fair. Overall, fabulous experience to making sure my new home is in proper working condition while also knowing the things I'll need to pay attention to.

Bill has inspected several homes for my buyers and I couldn't be happier! He is VERY thorough, learns what the buyers needs to know, then educates them without scaring them out of purchasing a home. He is very honest and upfront and let's my buyers know what is a major safety concern and what is the result of a “used home". He also informs them of things they may need to save up for to replace in the future. He always provides good, useful links to learn more on specific things. He has always made himself available for me and my buyers to answer any questions that come up. He has even made himself available for conversations with contractors that need to do follow-up work. I would highly recommend Bill and Inspect-It First of Andover as a top-notch, dependable inspector!
