All I can say is WOW! I had never sold a house before and I needed to move as soon as possible. My house needed some work and I didn't have the time or money to do it myself. Noah with Central City Solutions was absolutely amazing to work with. He came in and offered me a cash offer on my house and I was able to sell for the price I wanted and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket to fix the house up or for closing. Noah was there through the entire process to walk me through everything and made it all so easy with no stress or headache for me. I had a very positive experience dealing with Central City Solutions (CCS) and CCS. I had received a mailed postcard some months earlier. When I was ready to sell my rental, I called CCS. He had the time and met me that day. An offer was extended that day that made both of us happy. It was adjusted slightly down after some extensive concerns were found (basement/moisture - so totally understood). The closing date had to be extended out two weeks. But overall, the process was smooth, he answered my questions, and I was very happy to work with him. I would highly recommend CCS if it works out for all parties.

We had no way to get back that far to check on his property which was damaged by renters.Rather than losing the whole value of his home,they went in and cleaned up our property inside and out,took care of all the financials,the trips to the courthouse for legalities and made daily calls to us about everything that was going on.He took care of EVERYTHING.Thankyou so much for all the hard work.
