I had windows put in by Dalco Home Remodeling Inc and they also did the siding for our entire house. I really like this company. The people who did the installation were always friendly and did a really good job. I'm planning to get the other 6 windows done soon.
After our bathroom fiasco, Dalco convinced us to give them another chance with our kitchen and took care of any shortcomings with the bathroom

Dalco Home Remodeling Inc is the most shaddy business I've dealt with in the last 10 years living in Missouri. I ordered panels, doors, kick plates, and crown molding for my kitchen island. After waiting of weeks for it, items came broken, missing, and with a different stain. I was then, told to wait another 4-6 weeks for the to correct items. I explained to Jennifer that *** would charger me per day to hold a massive 116 x 58 granite top. My electrician would have had to wait as well, leaving my family and I without a even for weeks. They refused to give me a refund or even a credit and left me holding the bill. I also believe they lied to my credit card company when I disputed it. THIS COMPANY HAS NO REMORE OR HUMILITY!

Dalco (the dealer/distributor for *** windows & doors) don't wanna fix the busted seals in the glass lites on my entry door
Dalco (the dealer/distributor for *** windows & doors) don't wanna fix the busted seals in the glass lites on my entry door. They put 'em in on 11/21 as per the warranty they gave me. It says clear as day that they're supposed to cover seal failure for 20 years. But they're sayin' they won't honor the warranty 'cause the fancy glass in the light is cracked. They also won't fix the busted seal on the second door, even though I've asked 'em multiple times and nobody's bothered to get back to me. All I'm askin' for is to fix the seals, not replace the broken glass.
