I to had a contract with Dave Davis from D Davis Builders LLC from 438 Walnut Street Reading Pa 19601 I met with Dave Davis at my property on 10/29/2014 to build a Garage we did a Contract for the Garage I gave him a deposit of $19, 500.00 the initial build was $ 50, 000.00 this was the 1/3rd deposit to start the Construction as to this day he still did not build the Garage I turned this matter over to my Attorney sued him in Berks County Court and I have a Judgment filed against him Law Enforcement will do nothing said he did nothing wrong this is Theft he is a Scammer a Fraud this is how this guy makes a living takes money under an LLC does not do the work and gets away with it I am very pissed off about this but the thing that really pisses me off is that Law Enforcement will not do anything to him.

I spoke with D Davis Builders LLC and asked them to build the garage in my house. I spoke with the owner, who seemed to be very professional and great man. He told me that they would sign the contract with me, when they would arrive to my house. But at this time, I needed to pay them the deposit. I have transferred $7, 000 and waited for them. But they didn’t show up and no one returned my phone calls. It was very unpleasant deal.
