Culver's review: Shorting people products and not giving receipts

I paid for 4 large mashed potatoes & according to culvers, they're supposed to be 16 oz. Instead, they gave me 8 small cups about 1/4-1/2 full. According to the same facts on culvers, those are only about 6 oz...so in reality, at minimum, they shorted me a whole other large mashed potato (16 oz). Every time I go there, I order/pay for cheese sauce (which they charge .89 for) & this is the second time they don't add it. Lastly, since I didn't have a receipt from them showing what I paid for, I went on their site & added up everything that I ordered & was overcharged by $3.00 there...normally this is not the end of the world but when they are ripping people off it all adds up overall.
