Hello, I am Emile Montgomery. I am a Team Member at the Clarksville Culver’s location who also goes by “Kafka”. I am filing a complaint about my supervisor who overstepped her boundaries and attempted to threaten me. The incident occurred on July 5th, 2026 with my Supervisor who goes by “Jasmine Atkinson”. I was working as a money taker at drive thru in order to help my fellow employee who seemed a tad overwhelmed at the moment when I had a custard-only order to handle. I took the customer’s money and pulled them up, only for Jasmine to tell me to ask if she wanted them pulled or not since she was operating custard. I informed her that the reason why I pulled the customer is because my other supervisor, “Jaylon Davis”, told me the other day to simply pull custard-only orders instead of holding them at the window. When I explained this, Jasmine proceeded to assume I was getting “smart” with her. I proceeded to explain that I was informing her the reason behind why I pulled the customer, and then she proceeded to threaten me with making me clock out because I “spoke back” to her. She blatantly attempted to use her authority as a supervisor to intimidate me for no apparent reason, and this also comes after prior encounters of her copping an attitude with me for no apparent reason. Jasmine Atkinson has proceeded to make Clarksville Culver’s a hostile and toxic work environment and has even made me consider new employment. Jasmine Atkinson has made me feel unwelcome and unappreciated as a team member at Culver’s. If this is the quality of the management of Culver’s I am highly disappointed.
Desired outcome: Some kind of disciplinary action, whether it be reprimand, demotion, or even termination.
