Culver's review: Shorted food in bag

I ordered two samwichs and an onion ring. They shorted onion ring.
How hard is it to put two samwiches in a bag and onion ring. I called and they only offered a large onion ring. Well bid deal I already paid for the onion ring. Then they said I could have a single burger. I went to get and they still would not compensate for the onion ring paid for. I went out of my way to get. Manager was very rude. They would not compensate for properly for there own mistake.
