I have visited Culvers in Homer Glen Il a number of times and I always thought the food as well as the service was good
Here is the problem I visited a Culvers in Mobile AL and was shocked at the differences
My wife and I just spend 10 hours in the car and thought since we have always had a good experience at Culvers we should try again
How wrong we were :First off they took the order incorrectly but worst off after waiting for our order for fifteen minutes the girl from behind the counter informed us that they had no more burgers and if we wanted to wait someone was going out to get some
We were shocked from this behavior and this has left a bad taste with us about Culvers
I brought this to your attention because no one should ever be in this situation it sure didn’t sound like your commercial’s
