I've been serviced by Culligan of Salinas, California, for 27 years without any real problems. However, I recently sold my house (as of 11/18/25), and that's when my problems with Culligan began.
I notified Culligan of the sale and they changed the billing address on the account, But not the delivery address. As a result, they kept delivering to my old house, after the sale. And of course, they charged me for it, even though no one was living in the house. And I no longer owned it.
Once I received the bill, I called Culligan. At the local office. And explain the situation. The person I spoke with said they would get back to me, they would research it. And get back to me quickly. I never heard from them again. I called a second time and the person I spoke with said they would email me immediately, explaining the bill and what I really owed. I never have gotten the email and have heard nothing more from Culligan.
I Would like to be credited for the charges on the bill after the sale of the house, and I would also like to know why I never received bills for the previous two months which, Culligan now shows as overdue. For the past 27 years, we have always paid our bills promptly when we receive them.
