Crunch Fitness review: continued to charge for season ticket

I bought season ticket from the company crunch fitness gym. But because of family problem, I needed to cancel the ticket. I called the manager and asked to cancel it. Also the manager promised to stop all charges, but after a week they charged me again.
I contacted him again and he told me that the refund would be within 30 days. But they again and again continued to charge me. I wonder if there are people, who had the same thing. Maybe you can advise me how to stop these withdrawals. Please post your ideas and comments. Thanks.
