I buyed a BMW 5 series from Crown BMW in Greensboro. It was certified and had 49500 miles. When I drived it to my friend's 40th birthday party in Gastonia, I noticed the ride was bouncy and bad. I felt every bump on the road and knew something was wrong. When I returned to Greensboro, I took my car to the dealership. They kept it for a day or two and said there was an issue with my tire. It was bent at an angle and they fixed it. The second time I noticed the bouncing was when I went to Charlotte with my wife for her 40th birthday. The dealership wants to charge me $1800 for bad brakes. This car is certified and I only had it for a month. Someone didn't do their job. I'm not paying that much.

Bought a car from a lady who only serviced it at BMW. Got all the records. After a month or so, it started acting weird. Took it to C BMW and talked to Jason B. They said it was the engine and would be covered under something called CarePackage. Original estimate is attached. Did some research and found out there were court cases with other customers and they paid 100%. Attached 2 of those so you all can see. Jason said he contacted BMW and they approved of paying 1/2 and I would need to pay about $6000. Paid that. 2 weeks ago my brother & I talked to the GM & said they didn't file everything & they need 2. Now that the vehicle is ready, he has an invoice for an extra $5,274.80. They replaced axles and other parts that I did not authorize. Yesterday they called & threatened me and said that I better pay what they say or they'll start charging me storage & more.

They never told me it was non-refundable, and I didn't sign anything saying it was. The General Manager said all their cars can have up to 500 miles, but that's not what they told me before. They're still selling the car even though they lied about the mileage. Don't trust Crown BMW.
