Heritage Toyota Harrisburg

I buyed a 2016 *** from heritage Toyota on 1/22/22. On the way home, the whole car was shaking between 30-40 mph. It turns out that the car needs a transmission, but the warranty won't cover it because it's preexisting. I need Toyota to fix this problem. I keep getting passed around to different managers with no real outcome. I owe my first payment on the lemon March 8. Plz help!

I went to Heritage Toyota on 06/18 to get my car checked for a problem with hesitation. They put it on a machine and told me that my torque converter needed to be replaced, which would cost me $2236.00. I let them know that this was a recall issue for my 2012 Toyota *** LE, and they were aware of it. I had bought the car new from this dealership when it was known as *** Toyota. In 2017, they had done the recall work on the torque converter. But now, just 3 and a half years later, the same part had gone out again. My car only has *** miles and is only 8 years old. When I went to pick up my car, they had a different price for me than what they had quoted me earlier. I told them that this was a recall part and that the price was not what I was told. They had also accidentally poked a hole in my radiator while trying to fix the torque converter, and they were trying to charge me for it. They did take the price of the radiator off, but they still charged me for their mistake.

I went to Heritage Toyota Harrisburg on August 20 to get my car aligned and oil changed. They called me later in the day to say they were done, but that I owed them $50.96 for a cap that their employee broke because it was too tight. I talked to the manager, James M, and asked why they didn't call me when they had trouble with the cap. He said it was because the part was aftermarket and that his employee did the right thing. He wouldn't waive the fee, but he did offer to sell us the part for $38.00. We were upset and told him we would contact the ComplaintsBoard.com. He said there was nothing else he could do. We feel like they treated us unfairly and won't be going back.
