I went to Mac Haik Ford Jackson for an oil change, wheel alignment, and balance on my 2011 Ford F-150. The service cost me $86.83. However, after the service, I noticed that one of my wheel center caps was missing. I called the dealership and left a message, but no one returned my call. Two days later, I spoke with a service associate named *** who said they would order the center cap and it should arrive the following Friday. But I didn't receive any updates or calls.

After four weeks, I called back and left another message for ***, but still didn't receive a call back. I tried to contact a member of management in the service department, but only got sent to voicemail. I never received any updates or heard from anyone about my missing center cap.

I left my 2015 Ford Focus at Mac Haik Ford Jackson on February 22 because the check engine light was on. They kept it for 2 weeks. I asked for a loaner car, but they said they don't do that. The rep said the list was too long to bother filling out the paperwork. I had to pay $600 for a rental car. On March 5, they said the transmission clutch was bad and it wasn't covered by the warranty because I had over 11k miles. I paid $3,320 for repairs. Today, March 8, I was driving home to Vicksburg and my car shut off while I was waiting for traffic to clear. The check engine light came on and it shut off multiple times. When I pushed the gas, it wouldn't go. Finally, it went to 50mph and I drove home with the emergency lights on for over 5 miles. I feel uneasy and don't understand why they didn't fix it right.

I got a 2020 Ford F-150 Platinum on May 30. I got extended warranty, Gap and oil change that was all extra. The finance manager said I had 90 days to cancel. It took two months to get my tags for my truck they used every excuse under the sun. I left the finance manager at least 20 messages with no response or he would say hang on and I will call you back to never hear from him again. I finally started calling his boss who is the GSM to have him tell me he was going to get everything taken care of and get me a new drive out tag, Do to me being pulled over four times for not having a tag or drive out tag. Finally got my tags July 31. Two months later. I called to cancel all extras I bought to be told I only had 60 days to cancel and now they will not give me all my money back. I do not feel this is fair, I have called and called for two months to get all this handle to never get a call back. I have since tried to call the GM of the Ford store and have left two messages with no call back. I lost a son in 2014 and I try to take care of stuff ASAP cause holding onto things and not completing adds more stress which in return causes more pain so think about that for two months and having to get pulled over four times and trying to explain why I don't have tags and it takes 30-45 minutes to show license, registration and proof of insurance. I have had one ticket in my fifty two years of life and that was for speedy trying to get a dog to the vet before it passed away that had been hit and when I went to court judge let that go. I own and run four companies and can assure you my customers would never be treated this way, a phone call is free and that is something this company needs to work on is Customer Service to keep customer in the loop and not avoid them. I can understand a couple of weeks but TWO MONTHS is unheard of even with Covid-19 going on. Everyone tries to put the blame on that but you can only use that for so long. My husband and I have been buying Fords for 35 years and NEVER took more than a couple of weeks to have tags. This has now ruined my relationship with Ford.
