Hi Team,

I am writing to escalate an issue regarding a geyser I purchased from Crompton last year, which is no longer functioning. I initially lodged a complaint on 21st November, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive any resolution.

Although I received calls from technicians on two occasions, they never visited the property as promised. Despite logging multiple complaints afterward to seek follow-up, I have not received any further response from your team.

I am highly disappointed with the lack of communication and the delay in addressing this issue. As a valued customer, I expect reliable support and timely service for your products, and this experience falls far short of those expectations.

Kindly treat this matter as urgent and provide a prompt resolution. Please let me know when I can expect a technician to visit and resolve the issue. I would appreciate it if this could be addressed within the next [1-2 days].
