I have never had any dealings with this company, my social was used by someone else. This company hired Jormandy LLC to file garnishment against me, I have reversed it once and the attorney keeps trying to garnish my wages. I've told her over and over this isn't my debt, she doesn't respond. This company also ran an unauthorized hard inquiry on my credit report which is illegal. I've now had to freeze my credit report add a fraud alert as well as file a police report. I've also filed with the federal trade commission due to the fraud. This company is well known for it's fraudulent activity. I'm considering filing legal civil suit for ruining the unauthorized hard inquiry as well as this false account unfair debt practices and harassment. They have also violated FDCRA and FCRA rules.

Reach out to a lawyer focusing on safeguarding clients and move forward with a lawsuit under FDCRA and FCRA. Work cooperatively with the government. Report the debt collection services that refuse to settle with you to the appropriate authorities. Don’t allow them to get away with what they’ve done at no cost—take legal measures against them.
