I bought some forklifts from Illinois Lift Equipment Inc. and they service all my trucks. They're always quick and nice when I call. Their sales and service are really good.

I've been dealing with Illinois Lift for years and they've always been great. Every department is top-notch and I always go to them when I need parts, service, sales, or a rental. They've got a bunch of experienced techs and they even do tires.

ILE is the bomb! My dude *** was on point with everything and made the whole thing a breeze. We got our first forklift and it was so dope we had to get another one a few weeks later. Highly recommend these guys!

This company is awesome! Their service team is the best. They heard what we had to say and fixed everything super fast. The lady in the office, *** was really cool and smart. And the technician, ***, was a total pro and fixed the problem right away.

Bought a new machine with a 1 year warranty from Illinois Lift Equipment Inc. Unfortunately, the warranty turned out to be no good. They sold me a new machine that was smaller than what I had purchased, with an invoice rating of 6,000 lbs instead of the 8,000 lbs I paid for. The control panel only lights up halfway and the forklift has less than 100 hours on it, even though it's under a year old. It's a real shame that the warranty isn't worth anything. I would recommend buying local instead of online.

Don't buy from Illinois Lift Equipment Inc. They took our money and made us wait months for our "new" equipment, which was supposed to be inspected beforehand. But we've had nothing but problems with it. We've already paid over 50k in repair fees. On the second day of using the equipment, we had leaks and the starter needed repairs. It's a complete scam! I can't believe this company is still in business.

I been workin' with Illinois Lift for over a year now and gotta say, I ain't never seen a company treat their customers so good. When ya go with Illinois Lift for yer forklift needs, ya know that every person there cares 'bout makin' yer warehouse run smooth and efficient. They really go above and beyond. I highly recommend 'em!

Illinois Lift Equipment Inc. is a great company to work with. I've been dealing with them for a while now for buying lifts, getting them serviced, buying parts, and getting PM's done. They always give me a good deal, are honest, and provide great service. They're always there when I need them, no matter where I am, and they're always trying to be the best in the lift industry by valuing their customers and giving them fast, reliable service at a fair price.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from Illinois Lift Equipment Inc. I paid for three lifts in December , but didn't receive them until February. My experience was just like the other negative reviews. I don't understand how they have a good score with the ComplaintsBoard.com. One of the lifts I received doesn't even work, and it cost me $29,000. The local Hyster dealer estimated it would cost $15,000 just to get it running, but Illinois Lift hasn't responded to my inquiries.

Dont buy from them! We bought a used forklift from them in January as an "As Is" purchase. The forklift was not delivered until April. Understanding that the "As Is" may have faults or leaks, but said to be in good working order. What we received was far from good. Engine immediately started to smoke when turned on. We had the factory technician come out to survey what was wrong with it. Blown head gasket. When steam is coming from the oil cap, it's pretty obvious that this is not "good working order." We have asked for our money be refunded and for them to come pick up the forklift. Crickets. Have not heard anything from them so we have started litigation proceedings to recover our money. Be weary of any purchases from them.

I bought 3 pieces of equipment from Illinois Lift Equipment Inc. on 4/13 and paid for the freight too. On 6-4, I received an email saying that one of the pieces had been shipped, but there was a mistake with the freight and I needed to pay an extra $4200 for the rest to be shipped. They didn't apologize or offer any help. I finally spoke to the sales manager on 6-15, but he didn't offer much help either. After some calls and emails, he said he would handle it and have his shipping department contact me once a truck was found. I've been trying to get this resolved by reaching out twice a week, but no luck. I want the equipment shipped or a refund for the equipment that hasn't been shipped.

I got a forklift from Illinois Lift Equipment Inc. in December . The sales guy, ***, said it was in good shape and ready to ship, so I didn't fly out to test it. He promised to send me a video and inspection report, but I never got them. When I got the forklift, I noticed lots of problems right away. I told him about them, but he said it was fine when he drove it. I filled out a claim report, but he hasn't helped me. The problems are: 1. The boom doesn't lift without weight. 2. The boom makes a weird noise. 3. The boom retracts slowly. 4. The steering wheel is hard to turn. 5. The wheels are air, not foam like he said. 6. The forklift is missing a metal step. 7. The steering wheel is cracking. 8. The oil is black and the filter looks old. They said they'd send a mechanic, but they never did. They shipped it without inspecting it properly.
