Credit Karma review: Visa debit card provided for tax refund

I tried to use the Visa debit card. I was provided for my tax refund, and it was declined when I tried to use it. When I tried to use the customer support through the Credit Karma, the chat agents were not helpful at all, they kept telling me to go to my email and that there was a link in my email, but they never sent any emails, they had sent a text message to my phone that had a link in it, but that never worked. I spent over an hour with unhelpful chat agents and it was so frustrating. I have $28 on a Credit Karma Visa debit card that I can’t use. My options to get my federal tax refund was to pay $35 for direct deposit for a $28 refund or to use the credit karma Visa debit card. And now I have a debit card I can’t use.
