Credit Karma review: Their guarantee approval or 50$

Got the guaranteed approval or get 50$ on 8/27 applied and got denied.. heard nothing exited until the 40th contacted them via chat and got transferred to 3 people each one saying the next can help me that’s their dept only to get to the last to be told well the sept that handles that ONLY communicates via email got email 2 days later from that dept that has internet to be able to communicate via email but obviously no phones .. only to be told the sane thing -“ if ur eligible you’ll get an email” I haven’t received any email in regards to any guarantee payment . Complaint made to the CFPB Ave company response was “ you were sent digital card on 9/1” no I was t it it got lost in space so every day since then I have been emailing it replying on service request on zen desk to please reissue card with a receipt so they know I got it and I know I got it.
