This company, Credit Systems Inc, ain't playing fair when it comes to collecting debts
This company, Credit Systems Inc, ain't playing fair when it comes to collecting debts. They broke the rules of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I tried to validate a debt for a tanning service that didn't follow their own contract and didn't give me services when I moved to Illinois with my military spouse. They wouldn't cancel the supposed contract. Their letter was typed by hand and had wrong dates and amounts. They also gave me an Auto Payment Authorization Form that ain't a real contract. They wrote in the duration of the supposed contract by hand and didn't give me any proof of the debt like invoices, dates of service, transaction dates, or proof of payments. They didn't even respond to me in the legal time frame. I told them their validation of debt wasn't legal and didn't prove the debt, but they didn't say nothing back. Then, after 201 days, they added this debt to my credit report. Not cool, Credit Systems Inc.

I got collections from Credit Systems Inc for a doctor I never saw. They charged me for a procedure that was never done on me, and I can prove it! They never investigated or helped, just expected me to pay over $400 dollars. This is fraud! Someone is using my identity, and this company is not helping. They were supposed to send me paperwork to fill out, but instead just increased the amount of this fraudulent bill! How can I be charged for something I never did for a doctor I never saw? It's not right!

I had a surgery last year and the hospital was not in my insurance network. I didn't know this and got a bill that surprised me. I tried to dispute the charges with my insurance company but they sent me to a collections agency. This agency is charging me interest every day and won't stop even though I'm still trying to figure out what's going on. I have an appeal open with my insurance company but I can't find the hospital's contact information. When I call the collections agency, they keep telling me I owe the money and won't listen to me. They even got my name wrong! It's really frustrating and I wish they would stop harassing me.
