Had two cell phones, let one go, discontinued the unit. Now unable to log in no matter what I do. I go around in circles. Gave up now but did learn that this company does not keep up or help clients with changes. Was a good education as it also allowed me to see the other many complaints about them. Keep going around in circles. I responded to their automated messages but nothing. Waste of time.
