Credit Karma – Hard inquiry on my credit

I called WV PECU to inquire what the rate for financing a new car. I got the rate but had no idea they were running a credit rating inquiry on me. Right after this happened I financed through another company due to the financing rate being lower. I did not authorize the bank to do a hard hit on my credit. Since the WVPECU was never utilized or authorized it should be removed.
