Their help/support is terrible. They make it almost impossible to delete an account once it is opened, I tried several times. They also expect you to email confidential information and also provide it on a phone. They need to simplify closing an account (which I advise everyone to do) and better protect sensitive information. I think they are more of a security risk than they are a help.

Desired outcome: Have Credit Karma's account cancelation process simplified and to warn the public of the security risk they create.
