I applied for Firestone in store credit on July 14, 2025. The card never arrived I discovered in August that the card was stolen out of the mail and used in another location for 2 large charges. I reported this to CFNA dispute department and the head of Dallas financial crimes. A letter arrived from CFNA agreeing with me and Dallas Police. The culprits attempted to use the card again and were apprehended. I was informed I would receive a new card. Never happened. More charges were put on the supposed new card, this time in South Carolina. Disputed again and won again. Then the old charges returned to the bill. Again I disputed and again won. I also closed the account and was informed by Ami, a supervisor at CFNA customer service that all fees and charges would be removed from the now closed account and I will not receive any more bills. NOT TRUE. I am still receiving bills with even more charges. They have even tried to get my bank to pay all the fraud charges and some other charges, which my bank will never do.
These people and this company are fraudulent and dangerous.
