Hello,
I received an ice scoop in the mail today. I was expecting the nugget ice maker as was pictured when I made the purchase.
I do not want to keep the ice scoop and want to return this product for a refund. This was a very misleading ad and could be considered fraud.
Please let me know how to get my money back.

I DID NOT GET MY ICE MAKER / ORDER NO. DU202201101087997316 / $92.86
Same thing with me. Only they sent 2 ice cube trays. Instead of 2 ice makers. They told me that the trays would cost to much to mail back. So they would give me a 3 dollar refund and I could keep the trays. Through month of emailing I got PayPal involved.

got scammed too. i have been going back and forth with them for about 1wks. they wanted pictures of scoop to make sure i wasn't scamming them on get the item...i want to know if anyone has filed claim with paypal or the CC company they used?
i actually just sent them a copy of the receipt from the order, and the info claiming it was a machine. the lady i have been talking to told me when i checked out i claimed i wanted Ice scoop instead of Ice Machine LOL who pays $47 for ice scoop...
Not only who would pay $47 for a scoop, but at 90% off- that means original price was over $450 for a scoop?
I got suckered into the same scam as all of you. Has anyone had any luck contacting them or getting a refund for this dump ice scoop?
They took the site down because they knew people would call them out on this. I have a screen shot where I shared the ad with a friend. It clearly says "The nugget ice maker you need most (90% OFF) and a photo of said ice maker. The photos that accompany the email with the tracking number has a photo of a scoop, but it still says "The nugget ice maker you need most (90% OFF) This is clear bait and switch and should be reported to the FTC. Does anyone know if the American FTC has jurisdiction over companies overseas?
I got scammed as well. Does anyone have access or a picture of the advertised product? Like many, I can no longer access it or they have removed the product page. I work at the Texas Attorney Generalâs Office and plan on making a claim with the Consumer Protection Division. If you have access to the webpage or saved a copy, I would appreciate receiving it so I can attach this to the complaint. Please respond to this post if so. Also, has anyone had any success with disputing with the credit card company?

I have received the same scam from them. I got the ice scooper too. That's fraud or scamming everyone that bought from them. I should have looked into this site first before I got bait into it.
Advertisement said that it is a nugget ice maker and that's why it was valued about $599 and with the deals it was $39.95. Surely if it was for a ice scooper, it wouldn't be valued at $599 originally. I wouldn't pay $10 for the ice scooper. They tried to describe it as ice maker and throw in the ending with ice scooper to protect their ends in case a dispute. I'm not sure if anyone has the dispute in their favor and got their money back. You can't find the ice maker on their website and can only view your order through a link they send you after they received your payment.
