Cracker Barrel review: To go order

This is the 4th time I've tried to make this complaint. Your website keeps kicking me off. I placed a To Go Order and stood in your restaurant for over 45 minutes waiting in my food and the the order was wrong. I literally had to find someone to see what was taking so long and she said it would be a minute. She comes back in 20 minutes and tells me they are having to cook more turnip greens so it'll be another minute or two. Fifteen minutes later after already being there for 40 minutes another woman cones out with my order. I am tired and did not check my order until I got hone. Big mistake. My order was wrong. I had ordered a fried chicken tender dinner and received a grilled order. This restaurant is unbelievable. The hash brown casserole was burnt and cold. The bread and chicken was cold. It's bad enough that I stood there, without anyone asking why I'm standing there for so long, my order was wrong and the food was under par. This location really needs to get straightened out, it's a mess. As I was waiting an elderly couple came in to place a To go order and the poor girl at the register had to ask 3 different times if someone would come take their order. Completely unnecessary.
