Tried to order thanksgiving dinner on line. A total disaster. Not a good website, tried to chat and I never was answered. I ask 3 times if I can go into the store and order. Kept sending me to a tech that I had to pay 1 dollar . Having yo give my credit card number etc. I’m not paying one dime yo get an answer. Then had to look up corporate phone numbers and it sends me to chat sgsin and wanting a dollar. Does anyone at corporate work in office and answers phone. You have it set up do you do not get calls! Why is that! I’m fine!

We think you could do much better in food prep than what we have had here latly. last week we will give you a 10 or a+. Im sorry for taking time but money is hard now that we are retired.

My wife and I were regular Cracker Barrel customers, But our complaints with them at the local Cracker Barrel in Hagerstown, Md was why was the turkey sausage taken from the menu? Who ever change it to chicken sausage alt to be fired without remedy. unless they bring back the turkey sausage, we won't be back we'll go to Bob Evans. Also since I had gotten chicken sausage I was charged extra We didn't eat the sausage after tasting it. A restaurant should be in business to please the customer, thats the area Cracker barrel is lacking!

All I can say is BRING BACK THE TURKEY SAUSAGE, at this restaurant I know were not the only one's eating turkey sausage. (I cannot eat pork for health reasons) I expect to hear back from Cracker Barrel Question why ruin a good thing?

this is a complaint about the likely illegal activities of sandra cochran, ceo of cracker barrel and board member for lowe's.

i had interaction with lowe's over sept. 4, tried to apply for a credit card online (there's should have been no issue, as my credit score is over 800). but the online system glitched and wouldn't let us complete. i called the 800 number offered and was offered the same online system that already glitched multiple times. so, as i already had clicked a "cancel" option in the process, i was told my request would be "declined."

i objected, as my cancellation of a request is not the same as being "declined." i asked to speak to a supervisor for the lowe's program, and the operator hung up on me.

such a statement steals my reputation, lies about me and is crooked in all respects. . cochran, as a board member, is directly responsible for this illegal activity.

It’s sad that this once great breakfast place has changed the Potato casserole! I have eaten at 3 different places. The food is definitely not the same. Ate in Concord, NC last week, scrambled eggs were running, potato casserole was nasty. There is no taste. My husbands bacon was dripping in grease.

Ate in Greensboro, NC off wendover pretty much the same!

Can’t even eat at the Winston-Salem off union cross! It’s the worst place thus far!

We are done! Breakfast is nasty. Not sure what corners your cutting, but lots of ppl are done with you.

I guess trying different ones made me realize it’s across the board!

On the day 08/12/2023 Moses had the cooks to come in the office to discuss the break issues and he clearly stated that everyone needs to take their break before 10 so on the date of 08/13/2023

I came in to work at 6 in the morning I took my break at 8 when I came back to clock in the manager told me to clock out because he says he didn't tell me to take a break and I stated to him that he didn't say that he was going to administer breaks and he told me it's not up for debate while were still on the floor and not in the office I feel that I was wrongfully terminated and I feel that he is racist I didn't do anything wrong but what I was told and when I asked for corporate number he denied my request

went to longview store for dimmer about 3 pm today, we are two elderly women one 69 the other 70, we were setted and given menus and there we sat for 15 to 20 minutes with no one coming to table for drink order or anything i asked hostess to please check for us and she went back and never said a thing to us upon walking out the cashier asked what the problem was and we shared with her what happened, She called the manager who said something about sending some one home to change, This will be our last time visiting any cracher barrels as this was not the properly run store

On a recent visit to the location in mid-morning (1030AM) my breakfast was obviously left over from earlier. Sausage was the consistency of a hockey puck, grits were cold. Very sad.

To exacerbate the situation, the young female black waitress repeatedly referred to us in "christian" terms. As a non-christian, this was insultng. Wishing me a blessing and calling me my beloved, is a symbol of ignorance as to how you treat other people, assuming they belive what you do. ]]
