Cracker Barrel

I ordered the Thanksgiving meal at $160.49 and everything went well. I ordered the large Christmas dinner for $171.19. I have an e-mail that was sent to me on Dec. 15th about the cooking directions. When I went to pick up the dinner at 1:00 on Christmas Eve. My order could not be found. I had the email with me and that seemed to be the only reason I was given anything. I have my credit card bill that shows where I ordered both dinners on October 30th. After 40 minutes, we left with the following: Spiral Sliced Bone-in Ham (your ad said sugar cured ham). I'm not sure I got the ham that was promised. I have the label it weighed 9.61 lbs. 2 cornbread dressings, 2 mac & cheese, 2 cranberry relish, 1 sweet potato and 1 apples (shouldn't I have gotten 2 of each to feel up to 10 people? I got plain rolls instead of yeast rolls, no gravy was included as promised and they did not have any pecan pies as promised so they gave me 2 apple pies which were not my favorite. Therefore; I do not believe I got what I paid for. I have left 2 phones messages at corporate (1 Friday and 1 today with no response). I picked up my order from the Clemmons, NC Cracker Barrel. I would like for someone to call me and explain exactly what I was suppose to get and let me know if there is any compensation for the frustration of Christmas Eve, the lack of promised food as well.
