Courts Singapore Customer service at nex

I was there with my family wanting to place an order for a panasonic tv we have in mind. I wanted to find out if there is any free gifts or pwp for that model. Another customer came along & they told me to wait while attending to another customer. Obviously the brand that we wanted was not the store "endorsed" brand. There are so many staff around the store, some were standing around, some were playing on their phone. Are they even not so competent enough to help to check while we were standing for at least 15mins, ignored.

Courts Singapore Delivery of refrigerator

Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Cherian Abraham. My NRIC is S1424936B. I had just purchased 2x refrigerator from Courts and paid in full for the items and delivery and disposal of the same. You can check the invoice under my name for the details. After delivering the items to my wife today, the delivery men said that the existing fridge was too big and they could not dispose of it as was agreed in the conract I had entered into with Courts. They only agreed to dispose of the fridge after they were paid additional $50.00 for their services. This is shameful and unethical as I had paid for disposal already. I have called your 1800 number to lodge a complaint. I am writing officialy to you to demand action for the unreasonable additional charge. I can be reached at +[protected].

Courts Singapore Rude & discriminatory behaviour by staff lesley tan

Hi, I was in your courts at jem this afternoon to buy a air purifier. I approached a staff to help he understand the different products. He was very rude and discriminatory. He immediately was very condescending. I felt he treated me with discrimination. I feel this a is absolutely unacceptable from customer service agents. He instead of apologising argued with me and said I should go complain. His name is lesley tan and he should be explained how to behave with customers. Courts Singapore Quality and warranty of courts furniture

Bought a sofa from courts, which the saleswoman bragged about the high quality leather. Also assured us that the warranty would cover peeling of the leather. All false. Never buy furniture from courts if you are looking for good quality long term furniture. "you get what you pay for" could not be more true in this case. Except for warranty, you pay for it but you don't get it. The service rep came to tell me the warranty covered the structure of the sofa and that the peeling leather was our fault as we did not use the courts leather maintenance kit (we used a damp cloth to clean the sofa), and that the leather was peeling because it was too dry. Not sure if the saleswoman was unsure of what the t&cs were or she was just lying to us to make the sale, but I guess I should have read it myself. Whatever it is, I am just trying to say do your research, don't trust the sales person, read the t&cs yourself, and lastly never buy from courts

Courts Singapore Flexi plan misleading and overcharging

I went to orchard courts to get 2 iphone 7 and the staff told me to cm bk evening to wait approval n notify me results by calling me and I found out they didnt even submit my documents req for flexi and when I went to e store 3rd time they told me to cm back tml. When I ask abt interest, they mention 2% and only after documemts printed out den they show me by 2yrs period in returning the amt which consists of 250 monthly (*note: the retail price for that 2 hp cost 3k plus) when I told them I wan 1yr they say cant cos my monthly payment will be 500 a mth. Ended up I checked that it was 2 percent monthly on interest. So 2 yrs instalmemt, I will be returning courts 6k plus in total for 2 hp. And they don't even have a store num to call at. Hope case sg wil look into this matter

Courts Singapore Microwave oven

I was at courts tampines on 20th march 2017, at about 2 pm, buying a microwave oven, as my hands was already full with my other purchase from elsewhere wanted to get assistance from sales personnel, approach two persons who was free, they asked me to wait. Finally I had to bring it to the cashier on my own. One of the lady staff which I earliest approach had the cheek to thanks me. I told her to thanks herself.
Really disappointed with the service they are giving.

Courts Singapore I am complaining about yahoo mail

Hey! How come I can't proceed smoothly to check my email? It keeps on showing errors when I want to check and delete my email. Why in the hell did you people go and update it to a newer version of yahoo mail? You know what? It is very lousy and f#ed up! If it is an older version of yahoo mail, it will have no problem, no errors and no technical problems. The older one is so much better than the newer version. Really very fed up and it's like an i#t! Please show me the older version of classic yahoo mail. Please do something about it. Always technical problems. My email address : [protected]@yahoo.com. Sg

Courts Singapore Staff reluctant to serve customer

My elderly parents happy to receive a small voucher from his son to purchase a clothihg iron.
To my dad dismay, no one seems to be bothered approaching him for assistance.
When he himself try to ask the staff, he was shunned in a manner that he wasn't in charge of that particular range. He just simply point'you go there' manner.
As an old folk, whom doesn't really knows well in a way of using voucher, top up etc... No one even seems to help. He truthfully claimed staff just simply look and mind on other things.
Just imagine if any one of you had parents suffered similar fate!

Courts Singapore Humiliating customer experience

I bought a samsung player from courts west gate n was giving electric shocks at home. They refused to replace but argued that product is ok and am ignorant. Am not asking for money back or another new product. Am asking only for safety. Thanks to mohd joffri and lester chua who literally made me fight for my dignity. Do I need to be humiliated? After all was asking for safety for my family.

Courts Singapore Warranty services

I was disgusted by the workers at courts today(opposite to 313 somerset)their manners were really bad and rude to me,and pushing away their responsibilities. As a customer I didn't feel any respect. An indian guy ran away for 20mins and leave me alone in the shop and l some said problem can only settle by manager, some say they have to go for lunch, before I approaching them, they are chatting and playing phone., I don't think they are that busy. Also, after I said I want my earpiece to be repaired (I bought 2 years warranty), they are giving excuses and said the warranty was not sold by their store. As I know, courts are a big company, why the warranty I bought they can't be border? I bought the warranty in singapore and not any other country, why they can show me face just bec I am not buying their things? Around 10 workers but no one cares! Wow!

Courts Singapore About the flexi plan

As this issue is I help my friend to take the gadget and therefore the singapore courts furniture doesn't give me to pay instalment plan and they carry on add on the additional charges and therefore they even ask one of the company name lambert lawston & partners(s) pte. Ltd come and mail to me the payment regard about if I don't pay they will sue me to bankruptcy as I know this type of people in courts singapore is too much as I tell myself I can't be paying you as the interest is a high plus you can't pity a person who is a single mum who have a kid to raise it is so bad and black hearted person they are. Please people out there don't visit to singapore courts furniture even they got promotion is a lie! So better be careful

No other options for mid income earners to pay their installment and suddenly give letter of summon even when we thought the plan is close as payment was made. Seriously not professional, no system and courtesy to even answer my phone calls! Please do not liaise with Courts at all as their service is not professional, sincere and no courtesy to even revert back to customers.

Courts Singapore Aircon extended warranty services

Had been shopping with courts for decades, but recent year had been very disgusted by your aircon service, even I paid for extended warranty. Bought in aug 2013, break down in 2015, have to fight to get their service down to check, told no part and compressor got to wait but after checking with lg myself, parts and compressor are actually available. Fight again with courts contractor but still doesn't move. Have to go to courts and put on speaker phone with lg for them to believe that parts are actually available. Fight again with their contractor before they agreed to do the job. All these more than 10 days during haze period without aircon. Its useless speaking nice and normally to them, they just like ping pong around.

Now less than 1 year, aircon breakdown again last week, same story but a little worse, told extended warranty don't cover compressor, its my own problem now, I have to call lg directly. Mr. Vincent tan of courts extended warranty "told" me otherwise if they contact lg i've to wait and don't know when. This is courts type of mission and core values advertise largely in their corporate website.

Courts Singapore Service

My husband received a call from your debt collector today 22/3/2016 at 1657hours asking of when my husband going to make payment. As was mention by my husband on previous call by other collector that he will make payment at the end of the month which was every 31st but they misheard him as 21st.
This debt collector was very very rude as he raised his voice towards my husband and acted like an illegal money lender. When my husband ask for his name, he refuse to tell and keep on asking about the payment.
My husband told him that he only to make $50-$100 payment but this guy said"that means you don't want to pay" and my husband have not even finish talking he hang up the phone.
On per other teleconvo with other customer service, my husband did mention that he works as a mover currently and only got paid if he has job.
As for this guy who called my husband, he is very very rude. First he called without any greeting or introducing himself, he ask my husband of when to pay, sencondly he raise his voice towards my husband and thirdly he hang up the phone before my husband finish talking.

Courts Singapore Failed to deliver goods purchased from their online store

I made a purchase on their online store on the 11 november 2014. It was for a monitor and a usb thumb drive. On their website, it was stated that the thumb drive was in stock and the monitor estimated available date is 19 nov 2014.

19 nov came and went, I did not receive any emails or phone call from courts singapore to update me on the status of my order. I called the customer service hotline [protected] on 21 nov and 24 nov. On both occasions, no one picked up after a wait of more then 10 minutes.

I had no choice but to post on their facebook. Finally, someone from courts singapore send me a pm asking for my order number so that they can follow up. One day later, no one called me back. I replied back to the same pm on facebook asking for another update. Someone called me back 30 minutes later to inform me that acer do not have stock and they have already put an order in. Logically, I would want an estimated delivery date so I asked the personnel on the phone. Her reply was "sometime in dec". I pushed her for a timeline, and she said that a realistic delivery date will be mid-dec. And the best part, the in-stock usb thumb drive is also out of stock!

Well well, it is now 18 dec and as usual, no one updated me on the status of my order.

I am disappointed by the lack of customer service and their poor supply chain management. If they have put an order to the supplier, the supplier would have provided an expected delivery date.

I bought an expensive refrigerator from Courts online a few weeks ago which was banged up at delivery. It took many phone calls over several days to finally get someone to come down to see it and now, I am having problems doing an exchange which I was told would be happening. I kept calling the customer service line and was promised each time that someone will call me back the next day but no one ever did. I will be writing my own complaint with details shortly. Bottom line, all their promises for easy exchanges, etc. are a complete fraud.

Courts Singapore Unsatisfactory customer service

Here is a feedback of an extremely dissatisfied courts customer.

I have recently purchased most of our household appliances from courts. The items includes refrigerator, washing machine, dryer and 2 television. To accommodate the delivery, as well as the installation, my finacee and I specially took leave on 05-12-2014. Delivery, wall mount as well as dryer stacking schedule has been confirmed earlier on (between 11-3, 4-7pm).
To our dismay, 2 television did not delivered as per schedule, and no one from courts actually is professional enough to inform us.
Thus, we made a call to courts customer service department and enquire for the status. Shockingly, we were then informed that delivery cannot be made as the stock just arrived. Frustrated as we may be, we accepted the fact that delivery is not able to be done, as such requested for the delivery to be made 2 days later on 07-12-2014.
We were served by ms catherine and then mr eddie (supervisor), and I can pledge that this is by far the worst customer service we have ever encountered. Not only being unprofessional, mr eddie is also sarcastic to the customer. When courts has made a mistake in such scenario, as a consumer, we expect solution, as well as be assured by courts, to ensure that our inconvenience is minimized, mr eddie has failed in all aspects and we are utterly disappointed with courts because of that.
Worse of all, we were promised by mr eddie to receive a revert from courts on the same by [protected]), not surprisingly, his promises are broken, we did not get any revert.
Courts, being a well-known, established corporation, is having this standard of customer service? First messed up customer's delivery schedule, then does not provide a solution for customer, then give empty promises to customer. If this is so, this will be the last time we will be shopping with courts. I believe this sort of services should be made known to consumers.

Courts Singapore Irresponsible delivery service

I went to courts on 9 feb and purchase a washing machine. As my current machineis not functioning, I had indicated urgent delivery. The salesman told me the earliest possible is10 feb. I told him that I would choose11 feb (7-9pm), he checked and confirmed that the date and time are fine. This request was also indicated in my tax invoice.

On 11 feb, the deliveryman came to my residence at 3pm and was not able to deliver as I was at work. He called my mobile, and I told him it has to be the night, as stipulated in the receipt. So we agreed on 7.30pm on the same day.

I rushed home and waited for the delivery but no phone call was received at all and the deliveryman did not appear. I tried calling the hotline, as well as allt he stores (causeway point, tampines mall, etc) and no one picked up. At around 8.50pm, I discovered the "track my delivery" function in courts website, so I keyed in my invoice number. It showed that my goods are in transit and the van was at . At around 10pm, I tracked that the van was at , near area a. At around 10.30pm, I tracked that the van was at , which is my residence for the goods to be delivered. The indication showed that the van has reached current location, delivered the goodsand completed the task! However, I saw no sight of the van when I looked out of the window, and even went down to thelevel 1 carpark/ drop-off area to search for the van.

I am now left with a full load of laundry yet to be done, and I am going for a business trip soon. I have made full payment on the day of purchase and I do not expect this kind of service from courts!

Can someone please explain what is going on? If you can't fulfill this kind of customer service to me and other customers who had suffered the same state, we would need a full refund! And it would take a long time (if ever again) to trust your service again.

Courts Singapore Bad service attitude from salesman

On 18/03/2012, I went to courts @ jurong point as I am interested to install a tv in my room. I went into the store and take a look by myself. Then, a salesman approach me and ask me what I wanted to look for. I replied to him that I need a television.

Firstly, he introduced to me a 32" lcd television, which was worth around s$500. Then, I kept silent as I was thinking of something.

Next, he introduced to me another television, which is the same size, and without teletext, worth around s$300. I told him that I do not want a television without teletext as I wanted to see the tv guide and using teletext is more convenient than referring to other sources. He replied to me, with an unhappy manner, that nowadays people check informations that is related to tv using hand phones, and not teletext.

He said that if I need a television with teletext, I would need to pay more money and he asked me whether I have money to pay for it. I felt very furious and embarrassed and walked out of the store immediately. I think he look down on me that I cannot afford it.

In my house, I have a lot of electronic appliances that was brought from courts and I paid the full amount at once, and I had never requested to pay by instalment.

What is this attitude? A salesman should not have such attitude. I would never go to the store again. I would like to urge courts to provide better customer service to others.

This is the email I sent to COURTS:

On the 29th Mar 2012, I made a purchase "WITH FULL PAYMENT MADE ON THE SPOT" for one ROMFORD 7 Piece Dining Set at a price of $499.00 and one TRENTO Coffee table + 6 stools at a cost of $488.00. A delivery Charge was also charged to me at $29.90. All in all I had to make a total payment of $1016.90 inclusive of GST.

The purchase was made at COURTS Toa Payoh and I was served by Nur Safawati Bte Rahim. I was then "PROMISED" by her that the delivery date for my items was 11th April 2012 between 3pm to 7pm as there were no readily stocks available. As I was not in a rush to have my furnitures in at that time, I agreed to have the items delivered on the above mentioned date as I will only receive the keys to my HDB flat on the 10th April.

Yet closer to the date, I received a call from her ( Or some Malay lady ) saying that there is a delay in shipment and thus the TRENTO Coffee table + 6 stools could not be delivered as promise. She even "ENTICED" me by saying that a $30 courts voucher for the delivery cost would be reimbursed to me for the inconvenience cost by your part. She then said that the new delivery date was 25th April and even made a "PROMISE" that should the coffee table shipment arrived early, she would have it arranged to be sent to me early.

Though it was hard for me to accept, I still gave a benefit of doubt to your Officer and agreed like a "BLOODY FOOL". I even had to postpone my house warming as without the coffee table, My house is not complete.

On the 23rd April, One lady Officer from COURTS (God only knows if it was the same woman) called my wife to inform her that the coffee table could only be sent on the 26th April instead. Citing another "EXCUSE" that the item will only arrived on the 26th April. My wife then informed her that this was the second time such delay had occured and demanded explanation. The Lady Officer from COURTS told her that she will make a check and then " DIED OF NATURAL DEATH". She simply do not have the courtesy of returning back the call. My wife was made like the second "BLOODY FOOL" waiting for her return call. Yet we do not take any action.

On the 27th April at about 1pm, I SUDDENLY received a call from your delivery man saying that he is on the way NOW to my place from Jurong saying that he wanted to deliver my coffee table. AT that time I thought "MY PRAYERS" was answered by GOD. Finally my coffee table is coming. But unfortunately, your Officer did not make prior arrangement with me and that there was no one at home.

My wife just gave birth on the 21st April and is currently seeking treatment in JB for her Post maternity and I had work. I then told your delivery man to inform his coordinator to make arrangement with me to have my coffee table delivered. And so it was I was made a "BLOODY FOOL" again by your employee as till date neither any TOM, DICK or HARRY from the "BIG COURTS" call as it is beyond their level to call and make arrangement with their CUSTOMERS. Their CUSTOMERS should call them instead.

Thus I had tired of waiting and every day I am sick of staring at the empty space in my living room meant for my coffee table. I am emailing this to you and I DEMAND that you MANAGER to call me IMMEDIATELY. I have even considered Legal Action against your Company.

A copy of this email will be forwarded to CASE and SEMBAWANG NEE SOON GRC Member of Parliament.

Should I do not receive a call from you MANAGER within 48hrs, I will "RAISE THE GAME LEVEL" to the press. We see how far it goes. It is not the price of the furniture that that bothers me. But the level of Service and the Honesty of your employee when they handle their customer that irks me the most. Making me wait like a "BLOODY FOOL" is truly unacceptable to the fullest extend.

I will not accept any deliveries from your Company before I receive any calls from your MANAGER. I have always been a loyal customer to COURTS. But as of today, the image of COURTS is Tarnish and forever I will know COURTS as a place where when you "ORDER" items, you MAY get it after you wife gave birth.

SINGAPORE IS SHAME SPONSORED BY ITS GOVERNMENT.
I am from Mainland China . I was not allowed in Casino at Marina Sands even after showing my passport. They have two lines, one for locals another for whites, and rest of Asians are treated in very bad manner, they have special checks. Many of them are not allowed with no good reasons. Have not seen this type of racism and bad attitude in Macau or any other casino or tourist places world wide.

I still wonder why people go to expensive Singapore where prices have been tripled for everything after economic fall-down to china. Now if we do not give business or other countries like India, this country will die and Singaporean will force to beg like Russian crisis couple of years ago or like Egyptians etc.

Courts Singapore Totally screwed up my order

I was at courts lot 1 & purchased an electrolux washer, an electrolux dryer & a samsung fridge from abdul rahman bin yuseff on 10 oct 2011 (mon). I stressed that delivery had to be earliest & he said he will arrange for delivery on fri 2pm which was the earliest slot. I told him that the dryer & washer had to stacked and he said no problem about that, they will do the installation with delivery on fri. I reached the condo on fri at 2pm & waited till about 2.30pm. Called the courts hotline & they said my delivery was not today but the friday after that! I was very taken aback as I told rahman that I needed it urgently as my tenants are moving in on the 15 oct & yet he arranged it on the next friday.
I told the cso over the phone to arrange the soonest delivery and it was scheduled on the following monday (17 oct). I had to apologise to my tenant & troubled my agent to go down on mon. My tenants were not pleased at all & I manage to placate them with much difficulty. When my agent was there on monday, she called me & said that the delivery guys are there but they cannot do the installation of the electrolux washer & dryer! Only the electrolux guys can do it. This time I was really angry as abdul rahman said everything would be delivered & installed on friday! My agent asked the delivery guys for the manager's contact and found out that his name was tony poh & was given his mobile number. When my agent called him, he was not even the least bit apologetic. He said he will check and call her back but he never did. Best of all, when my agent called again, he did not even pick up the phone. My agent had to call the hotline & the cso said the earliest the electrolux guys can come was wednesday.
There are 3 points here that showed that these employees of courts are really substandard.
1. Abdul rahman bin yuseff - he arranged the wrong delivery date when I specifically mentioned that my case was urgent as my tenants were moving in the coming saturday. Yet, he arranged for the friday after. If that was not enough, he did not mention anything about the electrolux installation being seperate of the delivery. This salesman really is a inexperience, inept, careless and puts courts name to shame.
2. Store manager tony poh. Abdul rahman screwed up, that is bad but theres nothing much you can do as he is just a staff. But the unapologetic attitude from court's supposed manager? And refusal to pick up the phone after? Come on! What kind of a manager is that? When your customers are mad, the least you could do is be apolegetic and arrange for the installation soonest.
3. Already 2 major screw ups and we were fuming, the manager should arrange for rectification soonest. Yet, they can only arrange for installation on wednesday?

This is my worst shopping experience and I think if courts is a reputable company, they should give me, my agent and my tenant a good explanation of such major screw-up and such disappointing behaviour from their staff. I have submitted the complain to them on their website. Lets see if they get back with an acceptable explanation.

Pls do not buy from courts in cash or in installment.i been paying my installment for almost two year.this year coming three year.when I get lay off from my job.been missing two month payment .They threaten to come my hse and sue me to get back the money.so be careful when u buy from them.they are like gangster legally .The salesman cheated .too

I have had a horrible overall experience with the sofa set that I have purchased.

I had visited the store at Tampines, and after 2-3 hrs of looking around we finally found the perfect sofa. On completing the purchase we got to know that the inventory was not updated and that the product is not available anymore. We were very disheartened, however after a couple of days we decided to wait for it (delivery in September), and ultimately made the purchase.

After waiting TWO MONTHS, the sofa reached and was fixed. The fabric was dirty and the overall setup not very sturdy (kept shaking and moving). The technicians told us to take it up with the call centre.

Had called the call centre and lodged a complaint 4 times till date, and no one has reverted back or come by to fix/address the item. Called them a 5th time today, and finally for a confirmation that the technician will visit us next week to have a look at it, when I am out of country.

We are so disappointed with the product and the service, that I'de rather they take it back so we don't have to deal with this anymore. We really need to replace this product!

To Management

I'm writing in to show my disappointment of your service and also suprise to hear the voice recording 'we are close for the day. Opening hours 11am to 10pm when it's already 11.45 when I dial the woodlands branch office.

I made a full cash purchase of a LG fridge n LG washing machine (Inv 

[protected]) and requested delivery to my cousins address. However the delivery man n call center refused to send the saying address shows as my address. I provided the delivery address to Blk 260A Ang  Mo Kio street 21 xxxxx S(561260) an I saw the salesman Poon Tian Hui keyed into the system but why is there such a mess  

Also I would like to complain the delivery man who sent the dinning and coffee table to him yesterday. He show attitude to my cousins when he can't even fit the dinning table but request for payment. When rejected feedback his bad attitude he want to fight with my cousin. It's really horrible.

Do not ever buy from courts or courts online even. They advertised in their website that item can be refunded within 14 days even opened items except for certain items. However, I bought a Phillips TV and in their terms and condition TV can be refunded. When I call their call centre the lady simply sad since you opened it it cannot be refunded and insisted that I like her staff check for repairs instead, when i refused, she simply put down the call and said that she won't entertain my request anymore.

To Courts whom concern, recently i and my wife have bought more than 10 items from your store for our new house. we arrange for two delivery date due to new house renovation.so yesterday 26/8/2016 is first delivery of my samsung fridge, delivery time supposely around 11-3pm, so i went to my new house@11am sharp to wait for my samsung fridge.@1500hrs i make a call to courts CSO to check whether when my delivery will arrive, one of the lady CSO(forgotten her name) told me she will inform the delivery team and they will give me a call but no one gave me a call.after waited an hour@1600 hrs i make a second call to CSO another lady CSO(forgotten her name) answer my call. I told her that i have waited an hour no one gave me a call from your delivery team not even your delivery man.By that time i was begin fraustrated, i told her that i have been waited 5 hours since 11am.The worst part is my house still on renovation, there is no place to sit at all. She apologise to me and told me she will inform the delivery supervisor, they will call me ASAP. Another an hour passed, no one called me at all. i was going to flare up, @1700hrs i make the third call to CSO, another lady CSO answered my call. I told her that courts singapore is a reputation company, they shouldn't give the clients a bad impression. How can they just let their clients waited 6 hours not even a call for their undeliver goods? i even told her that i have another appointment@1730hrs, i have to cancelled it due to your company poor service.@1815hrs at last my samsung fridge arrived, can you all imagined i have to wait 7 hours for my goods. Now i am very worried about my second delivery date on 24/9/2016 same timing 11-3pm.
My question is "How come the deliveryman didn't give clients a call when they are late for delivery?"

I hated Courts the day the staff said... This is the company policy, no refund, only replace item of discounted amount. It wasn't my fault. Bought it at very one time special price at Courts birthday anniversary. Item was faulty within a week. When asked for replacement, item no longer available! Replacement only. Where to find an item of equivalent value to discounted amount!
Hated to the core! I bare my family for stepping into this place. I skipped the advertisement pages. I discouraged my colleagues and friends from stepping into Courts. As long as I am alive, Courts is no entry for me and my family!

HP DJ2540 promotion in AMK Courts only on 31st March Tue. When down to purchase, NO STOCK being the 1st customer on Q. Must paid and wait. Call hotline today 10th April, CSO told me have stock in AMK Courts but she will get them to call me within the day to confirm. I told her that I will go down to AMK Courts since they have stock. Came to AMK Courts again told NO Stock and not such when have stock. How the can do "Marking Promotion" without stock and fail to give the time for stock to be available even after 10 days. I have to let everyone know of this "Promotion" issue that Courts is doing. SO BEWARE everybody.

Bought Samsung 3 unit aircon..instal on 4 april..only one working..the other 2 not cold at all.
Installer say cannot rectify..nd to call up samsung agent to do setting..after one week Samsung agent came still not rectified.Now they say coil problem..if that is the case..why not replace it?
Call up Courts..they say Samsung..call Samsung they say parts havent come..what ###..
The ridiculious part is I have to call Samsung to follow up my own case instead of Samsung call me!
Now coming to 3rd week i still cannot use my aircon as the technician advise me not to switch on.
So almost a month I cannot use my aircon and come next week i have to pay my first Installment.
Had enough..called up Courts hotline and complain...no use! same excuse like Samsung..will call back but end up never call back..!Courts not professional in helping..SaMsung keep giving excuse.
Now i hope CoNsumer Association of singapoRe can Help me..i am going to lodge

Courts has developed another nasty trick, after creating a shopping cart on their online store, total value 850 SGD, I logged out to have another look around in the city for any last minute deals. Next morning I had an email in my inbox why I hadn't completed my purchase yet and was offered another 60 SGD discount if I would complete the purchase within 24 hours by clicking on a link with a 800 SGD or more purchase. After all, this was not a very bad deal and so I did. Not only finding out just a second too late they did not apply the discount in the end, an email and a call later they stick to the fact my shopping cart contained items that were not applicable for this deal... In the country where I come from, this is pure fraud... Also recognise the complaints above, they give away free phones if you do decide to use one of their loans... Where I come from, stores are obliged to mention that loans cost money rather than forcing them upon you... All together, be very careful when you do buy something here, they lost all my trust, but in the end we are still consumers looking for the best deal... Just don't believe you've found it here until the deal is sealed...

Courts Singapore Acer computer

I bought a Acer desktop about 2 years ago, during the first year, the motherboard and hardisk gave alot of problem, luckily it was during the warranty period and was replaced but recently after the waranty period the whole compuer hang and shut down, I called courts to come down and have a look as I had bought extended warranty from them. It took them about 1 week to get back to me to arrange someone to come down and have a look. I specifically told the girl that please arrange someone to reapir it on site as my son need the pc and was told no problem but when the No. 1 repair guy came down, he just say that he need to bring the pc for repair and it will take 2-3 weeks, no explanation was given to me, he just say that extended warranty doesn't reapir on site, I read through the contract that I have with Courts but couldn't find any terms and condition that mention this. I refused to let him leave with the pc and called courts again for some explanation, again they arrange someone to come down and this time the No. 2nd guy at least take a look at the pc and explain that they need to bring it back to check the pc throughly. after 1 week of repair, the no. 1 reapir guy bought back the computer but this idiot refused to set up the pc for us and says that cause we know where the wire are, we are in a better position to set up the pc and wanted to leave! What kind of service is this? In the end my son set up the pc but the same problem was not solved, the pc still hang and blue screen, when I called the repair people, they have the cheek to tell me that the pc have virus! they have took back the pc for 1 week and told me that they have replaced the graphics card and have run a thorough test on the pc without finding any other problems and the same problem is still there, I really wondered what kind of engineer you have.

After calling courts again, they told me that they need to take back th pc again and I requested that they help to replaced a stand in pc for me as it's the festive season and my sons need to use the pc but was told that they do not have this service!

I really like to advise those that are considering buying a pc, please do not buy Acer brand neither buy anything from Courts if they do not change their service quality!

Placed an order for Apple Watch Ultra online on 29/10/23. Email stated will deliver within 3-5 working days. Already Day 4 and no updates on the delivery date. If cannot commit within 5 working days kindly do not promise that!

I would like to make a complaints on the courts air con servicing, this is first time i am using the service. There was no sound before the maintenance team came, after they clean up the air con, there is repeated sound on the air con. I have asked the air con team to come and fix it, but there is no response.

installation of aircon on 13 May 2023. they have left the walls very dirty with black fingerprint marks all over and they broke my toilet tile while fixing the pipe for the aircon. Very bad service. I am not satisfied with it at all.

Our new washing machine was delivered by Courts, however the delivery people damaged our stairs by dragging the old machine down them. Unsure whether this was accidental or deliberate as they were frustrated about needing to disconnect the old machine. No response from Courts despite sending several emails. See attached photos.

Requested for delivery date online, then email saying not confirmed and no updates till I emailed them! Then they replied emailed saying booked a delivery date and then on the day no delivery plus no one actually called to update or get back to you!

Seriously a rubbish company! Will never buy from them again!
