Uploaded documents need to remove
I need to remove my uploaded documents in course hero but there is no button to remove the documents. I also submitted a takedown notice on their page. The uploaded documents contains my name and my instructor's name. It also contains some personal matter like my mental health and things that should be personal. please take action and delete all of the uploaded documents in my account.

Withdrawal of Remaining Balance in Tutor Dashboard
I have tried withdraw my balance in my tutor dashboard. But because of unreliable sognal, it kept on refershing which results to multiple request of verification code from my number. Sadly, my account was temporarily disabled and to my dismay Jane the Course Hero support siad that I have violated some oof their rules which I didn't do any of it. All I want is to withdraw my remaining balance because I have put my bedt effort to provide the answers.
Desired outcome: Gain access to my Course Hero Tutor account and withdraw my remaining balance.
Your support is not even helping. Can we resolve in legal way so that your support team will tae action on this matter? If you can let us continue tutoring in course hero can you please atleast let us withdraw the maining balance in our Tutor Account? I have sent an email to your tutor support bu still no response until today. Can't withdraw money from Course Hero
At first I can't verify my account through sms where in fact I only input the correct number. Now I'm locked. I can't withdraw from my account knowing that I have $200 plus dollars in my account.
Now I can't open my account it keeps on appearing that it's a bad request I can't even open my account. This happened last April 14. I no longer care if I won't be teaching in their platform but at least let me withdraw the money I earned from there.
Desired outcome: Please unlock my account and let me withdraw my funds. I have worked for that money.

About closing account without any warning and not paying my earnings
My course hero account suddenly disabled on 19.March. first they temporarily disable it and ask for some documents like video of yourself etc. I sent documents on the same day. But I got email that I submit lately and permanent disabled my account. Moreover they didn't let me withdraw my hard work earnings. This is the issue of many tutors. Without any warning disabling account is against the rules. I can prove my account is following the rules of company and did nothing wrong.
Desired outcome: I want to get back the account. If not, at least let me withdraw money from account.
On April 19 I suddenly received email of temporary disabled account from course hero. They ask me to provide some documents I provided before time limit. But at the same day the email me to permanently disable account. They said I didn't provide documents with time frame. Although it's not correct. I am attaching screenshots of email. It is wrong to ban account without any reason or warning.

BE MINDFUL. COURSE HERO IS TRULY TURNING INTO A SCAM.
My account in Tutor was suddenly banned PERMANENTLY with my hard-earned money of more than $79 (from the last time I have seen it) and still expecting more than $25 to be received once accepted by my students. They have notified me that "We identified unusual activity on your Course Hero tutor account that violates our Terms of Use" in which I did not in any way. So as instructed, I went to submit the necessary information containing my government ID, a paper with my name, signature, and date of when I created the video, as well my registered email and number. And they responded with "After conducting a review of your tutor account, we identified activity that violates Course Hero’s Terms of Use. You also provided insufficient materials to verify your identity and/or failed to provide materials within the required timeframe. As a result, your account has been permanently disabled and you can no longer access Course Hero." Like WTF? I gave everything they asked to reactivate just 1 HOUR AFTER THEY NOTICED and didn't violate anything in their terms or anything. I contacted back their support team ([protected]@coursehero.com) and responded that it was final and will no longer be amended "Please note this decision is final, no further payment obligations are required by Course Hero, and for security reasons we can’t share any additional information". Clearly a TRUE SCAM when your earnings through this platform increase, they will do their best to rip you off it and just create a random scenario that you will that will unable you to get what you earned hard.
I have been with the platform now for more than 2 years as a tutor and user and just when you earned a lot, and before you can even withdraw your earnings, you get permanently banned for no apparent and valid reasons. SO DISAPPOINTING.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate it if they investigate my case, let me reactivate my account, and retain my earnings. Otherwise, others should be warned in giving much of your efforts to use this platform.

Scam with tutor account

My account was disabled without no reason. When I asked the reason they send a random copy pest response without mentioning the reason for disabling my account. I have hard-earned $22 in my account and want my money back and also justify disabling my account.
How can they disable it without any prior notice or justification?
This is a disrespectful act to very basic human rights.
I want my money back and I want my account to reactivate so that I can withdraw my money and delete my account by myself.

It is temporary and mentions community security reasons with a list of URLs for possible reasons without mentioning the exact reason. I never used VPN, Never logged from any other device the only thing I have not changed is my password. I certainly do not want to be blamed which I have not done.

No questions on my dashboard

I would like to inquire why is it that every time I open my Tutor Account (Course Hero Account) there are no questions appearing on my dashboard. Hence, I don't know if my account is already terminated/blocked because I haven't received any e-mails from Course Hero informing me that my account is already terminated and/or blocked. If so, why can I still open my account? If not, why there are no questions appearing on my dashboard?
I still would want to continue helping students in providing guidance on their homework, activities, and the likes that's why I check my Course Hero account from time to time but always ended up being dismayed for I can't answer any questions because no questions popping out in my account even after refreshing my account.
Hence, if possible, I want to know the reason why no questions on my dashboard. Moreover, I want to know if my account still active or not. If not, kindly inform me so I will know what to do next.

Deleting a uploaded on accident
Hello,
I was uploading a couple documents to earn an unlock and I accidentally uploaded something that had some of my personal information on it. By the time I realized and went to delete it the file was already accepted and it wouldn't allow me to delete it. If this file is not deleted it puts me at risk as my personal information is on there and it also puts my university at risk. I really need this deleted, please help.

Withdrawal problem

Remove all my uploaded files on Course Hero
Our professor has requested me to erase the files I submitted on Coursehero. All of the notes I received from my institution require the owner's permission. Furthermore, I wasn't able to check that the files I uploaded contained personal information and the full names of certain individuals from my university. I unintentionally published a few notes from my institution into Course Hero, and I must remove them right away to avoid further penalties from the university's management. I have sent complaints (take down notice) into course hero. Hoping for an immediate action as soon as possible.

CourseHero permanently disabling my tutor account
I got an email from CourseHero on March 17, 2023, at 6:35 pm Central Time saying that they saw an unusual activity on my account and decided to disable it I have 48 hours to send in 3 items for verification so they can reactivate it. I've sent in those 3 items to both the replied email which is [protected]@email.coursehero.com and [protected]@coursehero.com.
Also asking why is it disabled.
Then Judy (agent from CourseHero) emailed me back on March 19, 2023, at 5:53 am Central Time saying that I have failed to send in those 3 items and she prematurely disabled my account. I found it very rude that she closed my account a lot sooner than the 48 hours timeframe that was promised and she didn't review my previous email. This is very unacceptable, especially with a generic reply email. From looking at outside forums and complaints, it seems like this is a common issue for the CourseHero team to disable an account even with the given verification documents. Please fix this

I am a tutor at course hero and have been providing quality answers for the students and believe in helping them students with all the knowledge i got. I even am rated about 90 % helpful of my last 30 reviews .
Coursehero randomly selects any of my questions that are even not rated by the students or even rated helpful by the students as incorrect and incomplete.
I am an expert on subject even the student is satisfied with the answer rating it helpful ,how could course hero internal review marks those questions as incorrect and incomplete. I demand a fair explanation over it and even reinstating my account by course hero because the violations are baseless and they are not true . I want justice to be done for my hardwork as they dont hold tutors at high standards and need to make ammends in their internal review system which they false accuse us tutors for working so hard and false frame us for quetions and put our accounts on probation.
