I have uploaded questions and asked to solve assignments from my university. I have been asked to remove it immediately by the lecturer. These files also need approval from my university before uploading however I was not able to attain such acknowledgement. I really need to remove the documents uploaded due to the demand of all people that are involved. The documents I uploaded were not properly checked. I want to delete all of my uploaded documents to stop misinformation and avoid copyright infringement.

I hope you can help me. Please do so. I already relied on the Customer Service however I need the removal to be made ASAP. Thank you.

My tutor account has been temporarily locked on this day (May 26,2023) because of my twice failing attempts in putting my phone number. I mistakenly input one incorrect number and this happened. I have almost $100 earnings there that I need to withdraw. And also I need to get it back as soon as possible so I can teach more students and share my knowledge, thank you.

I am hoping that I can get my tutor account back also on this day. I worked hard on earning that money and I need to withdraw it now.

My account was temporarily disabled last week, on May 14, 2023, as Course Hero reported unusual activities. I received an email telling me to send a 10-second video within 48 hours. I sent the necessary data by email within 24 hours, but a week has gone by with no response. I am a hard working tutor. Many students rated me helpful. Please let me know the solution to my problem as I need to withdraw my earnings from my account.

My account was temporarily disabled. For re-enabling I did whatever was suggested to me by the company through an E-mail but still neither it is not enabled nor I got any satisfactory and valid reply from the company. I mailed multiple times still didn't get any response.

After multiple requests they replied that my account has been permanently disabled as I failed to provide sufficient information to prove my identity. They also said that the decision is final. Approximately $225 are in my Tutor Account.

Please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible. It's very urgent for me. $225 is a very huge amount for me. Please give a satisfactory and clear response regarding this.

Hi, can someone help me fix this. On May 20, 2023 I experience error during logging my account. It always says " Bad Request". Then I already email and contact the coursehero, then I received an email, it says that I need to make a video with my registered I.D. And i replied and send a video via email and follow all the rules that indicate in the email that they sent to me. But until now, May 22, 2023 I cant still log in my tutor account. Please can someone help me with this, I want my tutor account back. Thank you!

I have been a Course Hero tutor for more than two years. Course Hero is one of my sources of income.
But on November 17, 2022, I received an email stating that my account had been disabled and that I needed to comply with the three requirements. I did and submitted them immediately. The next day, they emailed me and said that my account was permanently disabled. I am very disheartened by such an unfair decision. I am having a training in Singapore and have been answering questions on the platform before that email came, and I think it is unfair because no one else is using my tutor account.
I have still a pending earning of about $250.

There is no specific information as to what is/are the lacking information and data needed from the emails kept on sending me that my application is incomplete because when the link is clicked provided by the coursehero, my account shows “Your application has been received.”

when emailed through course hero support, the reply is automated and redundant and does not answer the concern.

Hereunder are the facts of my concern;

1. That, I still can use my account last night,
2. That, this morning 15 of May 2023, there's an email saying that the course hero found unusual activity and should I send a 10 sec video of myself within 48hrs,
3, That, after complying with the said requirements this day also, they still disable my account and one of the basis is the timeframe,
4. That, I therefore raise this concern because I had completed and send my requirements within the period of time.
5. That, I forwarded my video holding my ID and the piece of paper with my information written on it.
6. That, I never let anyone to have access my account.
7. Lastly, I work hard for what I earn and I dedicated a lot of time to earn it

Recently, my university changed my email from student to an alumni because I already graduated from my course. When I try to changed it, Coursehero flagged it as unusual activity and made me submit a 10s video with other documents and I submitted it already like 2 hrs after receiving the email. Now its been 2 days after, and I am still not receiving any updates abt the issue and knowing that they say that they will permanently ban my account if I didnt replay in the next 48 hrs after receiving the email. I am worry that my account will be gone and I have my funds there as well.

This is my first to have received a warning for a QUESTION ID that I can't remember that I answered. Whenever I click the link, it takes me to a dashboard page and not the actual page. Because I didn't even answer that question as far as I can remember.

This is so unfair on your part. And the Question ID is the same but counted as two? Minutes later it was only a WARNING but now it's already on a PROBATION that instant?! For the same question ID that I can't even view or access.. Before your system prevented me from accessing my previous works, I browsed each question and I couldn't find the ID [protected]. I probably skipped it. So how can I get a violation for skipping a question?

How did I violate something for a single Question ID? I can't even view the Question from which I violated or post something unethical. This is so unfair. It was just one question ID but CourseHero counted it as two and I can no longer view the question. How can I acknowledge something like that when I can't even view it? This is so unfair and confusing at the same time. This is not even a Warning to begin with but already a probation for a first timer.

Course Hero is a notorious platform for tutors. Apparently it seems that the platform is conniving with the students to prevent their tutors from receiving the payment and instead diverting it to the system itself. Course Hero is very unfair platform and harsh for tutors. Doing your best, 100% rating is not considered, or it doesn't really matter. Tutors are not allowed to complete homework, but if you did not complete, the student will mark it incomplete, unhelpful. If you complete, Course Hero will mark it as violation. Funny isn't?

Lesson Learned: I will BACK-UP all my works in their platform in case before I got suspended or permanently banned.

I received an email that says I have committed several violations, which they did not specify, I searched the internet and all of their emails were the same and auto-generated. They also say that I'll be able to withdraw my current remaining balance but they disabled my account instead and now I'm not able to log in to their platform. I'm confused now, I worked in their platform for almost a year full-time, and I pay all my bills and loans using my earnings on their platform. Now, I'm depressed and lost, The bills due is coming and I have no money and I don't know where to borrow or get some.

Hi Recently my account got deactivated. But I am not able to even withdraw payment for my existing questions.. The policy says: You can still access your account and withdraw your available balance if it’s equal to or greater than $20 USD. Please allow up to 48 hours for your most recent answered questions to be rated before making a withdrawal from your account.

Can you please activate my account for payments. Dont take away my hard earned money. I have worked day and night for this. I will have to starve if this is not paid

This is question of my survival..it is the only source of income that i have. Also the amount was more than 20 dollars please check the policy and activate the account atleast for payment. It's the question of my life and that of my parents.. Our food comes from this amount 😞 please allow my current payments to get through, I am not able to login

I'm a Coursehero tutor since 2019 but I started working again this year, I worked really hard and my helpful rating was 90%. I got so many good comments and helpful rate.

Yesterday (04.27.23) I woke up to a message that said "your access has changed and you can no longer questions on Coursehero"

So I emailed the tutor support team and this is what they answered:

"Jane (Tutor Support Team) Apr 27, 2023, 17:10 PDT

Hello there,Thank you for contacting Course Hero Tutor Support. Upon checking, our records show that your account has been permanently closed for violating Course Hero’s Terms of Use. This decision is final and we won’t be able to re-open your account. Please also note that no further payments are obligated at this time.We will not be able to make any further exceptions or facilitate any further requests in connection to this account."

I know it's an automatic message they send, I did my research online and this has not only happened to me, there are a lot of tutors that got their account suspended and when they asked, they said the same thing.

Today (04.28.23) I tried to enter my account and I didnt have access to it, so I cant even see my account, I cant withdraw the money available, and not the pending, I have over 250$ there stuck. Course hero is a scam, they make tutors work and work and work and then they close their accounts and wont let them withdraw their money... When you contact the support team, they just send you an automatic message...

I applied as a tutor last month and after submitting all requirements in Step 4, a window popped saying that “Your application has been received.”

However, i did not receive any confirmation mail about my application. Until now, I have no update on the status of my application. I do not know if the ciurse hero team really received my application and if it is progressing. Hoping for your kind assistance and response.

I would like to be able to have greater management of my account. I am unable to remove items from my library. There are locked, viewed, and unlocked items that I am unable to remove. I do not need every document that I look at saved. It has created a great distress when it comes time for needing one specific document. I have had a course hero account for years and I really would like to remove items that I no longer need. I am not able to remove added course from my account either. Paying for a service and having a hard time finding and using the items that I actually need it becoming a hassle.

I have sent an email to the [protected]@coursehero.com multiple times now. My emails are not responded. I even emailed them Last February 8, but I still received no response. The automated reply keeps on saying that the application has been received but It's already in April but still no response on whether my application was denied or whatnot. I have already sent all the requirements necessary for the application.

I can no longer access my account it keeps on saying that it is a Bad Request. It happened around April 16. I need to withdraw my money from that platform as a Tutor. Please do something about this. It feels like my hard earned money turned into nothing. I need the money to pay for my bills. I emailed the support team multiple times but received no response from them. I emailed the [protected]@coursehero.com a lot. No response from them. Please help me with this. It's been a week.

My account my permanently disabled due to violations that I have never done on my part. It is really frustrating because they permanently disabled my account wihthout valid reasons. If Course Hero can let me withdraw my remaining that I have, I worked hard to gain that money but Course Hero is not letting us withdraw the moeny. Now, if they will not reactivate our account is there any legal way where we can send our complaints since Course Hero has no plan on putting actions on our concerns.
