Today January 29, 2023 I just requested for a withdrawal of my earnings amounting to 55 usd but when do I try to hit the withdraw button there's a message says please reload the page and after I reload it my withdrawal balance is gone and nothing came to paypal account this is my fourth time withdrawing I didn't get a chance to take some screenshots because i didn't expect that's going to happen which is losing of my withdrawable balance and nothing came to my PayPal account.

I was recently (19 Jan., 2023) notified that my account had been disabled and I believe that this may have been done in error. This problem I faced sometime ago and I got a mail telling that my account was disabled by mistake.

I assure you that I have not violated any of the terms of use for the platform. I am a dedicated and experienced tutor and I have always followed the guidelines set forth by Course Hero. I believe that my account may have been disabled due to a misunderstanding and I hope that it can be reviewed again.

I understand that the verification process can take some time, but I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, as I am eager to continue using your platform to help students. I assure you that I will continue to follow the guidelines set forth by Course Hero and I am committed to providing high-quality tutoring services.

Documents from my computer was uploaded to course hero these are my confidential information and I want them removed as I was the one who did not upload these documents. I have emailed an official complaint to [protected]@coursehero.com as well as the https://www.coursehero.com/copyright-infringement/ I need these documents removed immediately as this is confidential information.

I was trying to withdraw my $250 about 6 days ago and $108.5 yesterday, and after entering my phone number and verification code, it showed 'Something went wrong please reload the page' both times. After reloading the page the money was gone but it is not showing in my Paypal account or course hero account. It is showing as cashed out but I have not gotten any verification from course hero that my money has been successfully withdrawn. I already sent a complaint email 6 days ago for a withdrawal of $250 and in response to that email, the tutor support team told me that they will quickly resolve it with Paypal. But till now no action has been taken yet and my money is still missing. Now my $108.50 is also missing in the same way. I am not able to understand how can same problem can occur back to back. It has never happened before. I want an update on my money. I am already facing troubles for the past 8 days in my account. My account has been temporarily disabled 4 times this month without any reason and now my money is not reflecting. Please help me. Please tell me about the status of my money. On January 24, 2023 my account was temporarily disabled due to alleged violation Term of Use, which I’m sure I did not do anything wrong. An email was sent to me telling me to send required documents and video for a possible re-enabling of account. I did it immediately but got no reply for any update. I have earnings to be withdrawn, and I cannot even receive my hard earned income. May you please help me regarding this? so I can continue to help students in solving their problem. Thanks.

I received an email from the Tutor Support team that they have permanently disabled my account because they said I was “lending my account to others”. They asked for a 10-second video of myself holding my ID and a paper with my signature, the date and some random phrase to which I complied. I am the only person using this account. I am not sure why they keep doing this. I have already changed my password and made sure I wasn’t connected to VPN. I have $250+ of pending payments. Please give me back my money. I spent hours and days to earn this.

You all are ridiculous I am making this complaint because you all stole my $24.99 I reach out to customer service nothing and no knowledge of the issue I am having. That's okay I can play games to anyhow whenever I go to submit a question to the tutors it stays stuck on the screen with the chat boxes and doesn't go through and these hard heads are emailing the wrong email info about my inquiry.

I am writing to inform you that I am currently experiencing difficulty logging into my Tutor account. I have tried multiple times to log in, but I keep receiving an error message saying that my login credentials are incorrect.

Hi I uploaded my essays belonging to western Sydney uni on the account “livbroo” and have since been requested to immediately remove all copyrighted University content on there or further action will be taken. Could all uploaded documents on the livbroo account from Western Sydney University please be taken down immediately due to plagiarism and copyright thanks

I would like to request for deletion of all my uploaded files/documents to Course Hero coursehero.com

Since accessing files in Course Hero is not for free, it left me no choice but to upload these files because I did not have the required amount for it.

This was many years ago when I was a student and now I relaized that these files compromise the intellectual property rights of the documents owners', which I was not aware of at that time, so please remove all my documents so I don't face any legal or intellectual property problems.

I tried to submit DMCA but it requires the document owner themselves which isn't possible especially for multiple files.

I have uploaded documents from my school with the subject Earth Science or Science 11 and those documents I uploaded contains information of my school and most importantly of my co-teachers. It is very important to delete or remove the documents because I did not ask a consent or permission from them. I really need to remove all of the documents from my account as soon as possible. I did it but without any clear reason, they disabled my account. There was nearly $80 pending. I want my money and my account back. This is a kind of fraud. I have spent hours helping students and I get no money paid.

When I am trying to login into my account through Gmail it is showing bad error. I’ve tried clearing cache and tried using different browsers to no avail. I have a lot of unlocks available. guide me what to do now. I have to complete my assignment but due to this problem I am unable to login into my account. Since December 20th, I can't log in to my CourseHero Tutor Account anymore. Any method I've tried has not worked. I cleared my cache and cookies, and it didn't work. I tried to change my password by clicking the forgot password feature, but no emails were sent to my Gmail. I tried to log in using Gmail, but it doesn't work and just says "Bad Request." I've tried emailing CourseHero Tutor Support, but they haven't replied. I have $100+ pending on my account, and this week is the time to cash them out; however, I can't log in to my CourseHero Tutor Account to cash them out. Are there any methods I can do to log in my account?

I received mail for video re verification of tutor account, in this I have to provide 10 seconds video holding my identification card and date, name and signature. So I mailed it.

But after wards I received mail that my account is permanent disabled for violation of item 2 and item 3.

I have got many helpfull rating and did not any unhelpful rating. My rating is always 100% helpfull. Now my account is disabled permanent. So please enable my account because I work really hard for solving that questions and after a week my payment is available for withdraw.

So please solve my problem and enable my account.

My account "[protected]@gmail.com" was permanently closed on 21st December, 2022 for violation of rules(was never specified). This is after I had shared my video verification and other requested items. My account had a good rating of over 90% and I have used the account for over 2 years now. I tried to appeal to atleast be able to withdraw my earnings of more than 700 dollars but got no response.

Last December 22, I received an email from course hero that my account was temporarily disabled because they had identified unusual activity on my account that violates their terms of use, however, it wasn't specified which rule I had violated. As a tutor, I have been very responsible in this job and have been very keen and aware of the course hero's rules and regulations. And as far I know, I haven't violated a rule since I am very aware and knowledgeable of the terms of use and rules of this company.
