Attached are the photos that clearly demonstrate my attempts to seek assistance through emails. Despite their assurances of unlocking my account, I have been unable to withdraw my earnings. Furthermore, they provided a deadline of December 31, 2023, for the withdrawal, yet I have not received any funds up until now. It is crucial for me to access my earnings. Please kindly request assistance in withdrawing my hard-earned money. This matter has been causing me significant distress for the past month. Despite entering my number accurately, I encountered difficulties in completing the withdrawal process. If the issue does not originate on your end, please provide me with the appropriate contact information to address this matter.
