My complaint is about a delivery Tacking number CPWBU10900254505 x 2. I received the smaller parcel of the 2 but not the larger one. The one in question was from goodpricepeople for metal plant stands ordered vis EBAY. This item cannot be found anywhere in our complex either at the office or at any residents houses. The delivery instructions were showing that they were to be delivered to the house but that did not happen either. The Manager at the office saw only the small parcel and she takes a photo of the parcel and sends it sms so we are advised to pick them up. This item would have been photographed if it was there. I would like your company to investigate this delivery further as I have seen comments on Facebook about non deliveries by your company and also other residents have complaints about your company as well. Not good enough. Will not be placing a new order as it will be supposedly delivered by you and not willing to take that risk. Will be checking if possible who is the delivery company and if it is you I will cancel such order.
