Costco review: Tire Center

The leadership of the tire center creates a less than desirable atmosphere when shopping. I love the store inside and the quality of service in the tire center, but the atmosphere there is sad. The associates are so guarded in how they deal with members. I witnessed yesterday why that may be so as what appeared to be the team leader was disrespectful to the associates in the department right on the sales floor. Inside the store is a totally different and positive atmosphere. There is no good reason ever to disrespect an associate, especially in front of members/customers.
