I got my mom's bathroom fixed by Corey's Homebuilding Services in May with a 1-year agreement. Since they finished the job, it's been real tough to get them to reply. Before they finished, they were always on time and responsive. It's been 2 months now and my mom still can't use her tub. The faucet ain't properly attached to the tub and water keeps leaking out. The panel near the tub ain't secured either. I picked this company 'cause they had ComplaintsBoard.com approval, but now I wish I hadn't.

I got my kitchen backsplash put in April , and it looks real nice. But, I noticed some of the grout coming off. I tried to get in touch with Corey since December , but it took him a while to respond 'cause he said his household had COVID-19. It's almost the end of March 2022 now, and he still hasn't fixed the issue even though he promised he would. I'm pretty annoyed 'cause he said he honors his warranty, and not doing so is breaking our agreement. I thought he would do the right thing as a professional or just morally. He didn't have no problem squeezing my job into his busy schedule last year, and I paid him in full when he finished. I even recommended him to my family and friends. I know I can take legal action, but all I want is for him to keep his word.
