They offered us $5500 for our single wide manufactured home
They offered us $5500 for our single wide manufactured home. On 10/21, the rep said he'd email us the contracts. On 10/22, Zach called and said it wouldn't work since we rented the land. *** knew this on 10/15. Zach said we never had a deal and *** was just "throwing out a number". When *** made the deal, we talked about our situation. He took our info and said he'd discuss it with his team. Half a day later, *** called and made the offer. This seems like a scam and not a good business.

On the 14th, I signed my house over in front of a Notary/Closer at my daughter's home where I now live. They said I would receive the wire transfer within *** hours, but I still haven't received the money. They keep lying to me and not sending me the money. The title company has called them, but they lie to them too. I'm in a really bad financial situation because I made arrangements for that money they won't send me. I have texts of the lies, and I can prove everything I'm saying. I don't know what to do. I've begged and been honest about how broke I am and not even having any food, but they don't care. I just want my money from my house. I don't think anyone should do business with these people. Zach and Nate are not trustworthy.
