I just joined Consumer Cellular. I am being slammed with virus threats and solutions for a price, and the thing is I avoid using Internet on my phone because A. I am 77 and challnged by tech. B I have 2 desktops and a Chromebook, so I use them for my Internet needs, which are minimal. How is my phone so under threat and infected if I haven't used Internet yet? I use my phone for
calls and texts. I am about to switch again, because this is way too annoying! I am finding the Consumer Cellular store in my area (Spokane, WA) and there is only one! Going there to get in a human's face today. This is ludicrous!

Claimed loss: Price of phone and join up costs.

Desired outcome: Let me go in peace, if this is how it is going to be. Otherwise, exchange this phone for a flip phone at no additonal charge, and I may agree to stay with you!
