Conditioned Air

Temperature was rising in our Fl house and they were very busy . After a phone cal explaining our problem , they fit us in. Apparently the technician was great . They follow thru in service and responsibility to their customers

Inspection report was done on my house. They failed and want more money from me. BEWARE! Honest Air Conditioning of Venice, inc. is anything but "honest." Honest air conditioning of Venice came out on 12/9 to do an inspection report on a home I was purchasing. I have called 2x now to discuss a problem they missed upon their inspection. My AC leaks and delivers a minimum of 2 5 gallon buckets filled with water per day. It leaks so badly the ceiling has fallen in. Both times I called the receptionist informed me I didn't actually have an inspection and they just came out to confirm that they work. Upon speaking with the office manager, who was the most useless human being alive, she informed me if I did not wish to pay them $85 to come out for further diagnostics there was no reason to further continue the phonecall. She then told me I had misinformation, as I did have an inspection report. Upon asking what my other options were she told me I could pay $85 or we could hang up. I called for the first time on 2/1 which was well within my 90 days. So which is it? They clearly don't stand behind their work, and they have 0 customer service skills. Why would I re-pay them an additional $85 to diagnose a problem they missed the first time around. Honest Air Conditioning of Venice INC. is an awful company. I highly suggest you go elsewhere. They are crooks and ripped me off heavily.

I was more than pleased with the service I received. My problem was addressed in a professional manner from start to finish. The problem found was explained to me and the options I had. There was no high pressure sale just good service.

My technician was on time, polite, informative and knowledgeable. He answered my questions, performed the service with out any sign that he was ever here. I'm happy i chose conditioned and will continue to be a customer.

I had my bi-annual revue of my AC unit done today by Peter R. from Conditioned Air. He was very through and explained all the items that were done during the check up. I have used this Company for ten years and have had no issues with their service.

Sam of Conditioned Air serviced our AC with the annual tune up. He was great...helping remove some mold that had built up inside the main unit and was very helpful and informative in recommending how to avoid this issue in the future.. We highly recommend!

Our Service Rep, Joe was very professional and listened to our issues and questions. He offered options to consider with some good indications of the best order to try them. Will continue to use Conditioned Air since a majority of their reps have been of this same level of service.

Knowledgeable and efficient technicians. Respects flooring by donning shoe covers. Courteous and respectful, takes the time to explain their work and recommended maintenance actions. One of the most competent HVAC companies I have ever encountered. I enthusiastically recommend them!

Being new to SW Florida, we were at a loss to find trustworthy, reliable vendors. A neighbor recommended Conditioned Air. We couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by this company and particularly their technician Marcus. This is who we plan to use for all of our HVAC needs.

Amaurys M. was very professional and even corrected a small (but bothersome) problem that was created by another tech. I was very impressed with Amaurys devotion to making sure we had no future problems. Conditioned Air is the only service we've had here (they installed our system when our home was built).

The technician was very professional and thorough. This was the first cleaning of an A/C that was 3 years old, never cleaned, and was very much in need of a cleaning. He did a great job despite all the extra work necessary. Wore boots and mask and paid attention to Covid requirements. I would recommend this company.

We are using Conditioned Air ever since we've moved to Florida/Naples in 1997.
They never failed to fix any problem that may have occurred. They also were always on
time for maintenance visits.
We've just had a problem on May 30,2020. It was a Saturday, the Technician came and fixed
it (Adorno Z.) with a very friendly manner.

I have used Conditioned Air since 2005, and have NEVER been disappointed---their customer service, from the folks who make your appointment to their techs - are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Their senior management is extremely responsive to any issues, and all in all dealing with this firm has always exceeded my expectations. I would not use any other AC company.

Technician, Travas, discovered my Nest thermostat did not have a common wire attached which would require me to charge the battery on regular basis. When removing the humidistat at my request he found the common wire and made connection to the Nest. Now I don't have to charge the Nest thermostat. - Travis is very personable and helpful. Would like to have him perform the next A/C inspection and maintenance.

I have a 3 visits a year service contract and when I called that my A/C is not running the best they could do maybe schedule me for after 8 pm, and will charge overtime for that. I called at noon, also called about the same issue a few days before. Obviously the unit is having issues, giving the same service needed error, # 201. My A/C was serviced less than a month ago. Problems keep happening too many times with the Lennox top of the line A/C, at the time of the purchase. Why can not be fixed better/correctly?

Dave with Conditioned Air came today and honestly, wow! He was extremely nice, professional, and up front with costs and timing for repair needed. It's rare to have such great service around here. Prior to Dave there was another guy that came to our house earlier in the year that was rude, obnoxious and we had to call the company to tell them never to send him to our home again. It was so refreshing to have Dave come today. You can tell he cares about his job, the company he works for and especially wants to do right for the customer. Five Star service today!

We've had Conditioned Air since we bought our place in Bonita Springs . Tech's are great . Customer service ok . Management sucks ! Was owed a maintenance visit per plan . We did not know plan had expired . I called in Sept & they said it expired then ...no warning ! We live in Canada , due to Covid , we cannot get down there ! Someone , according to CS rep Becky , a Maintenance Supervisor was suppose to get back to us . They did ...sending a service charge to do the already paid maintenance for $225 ...unbelievable. We cannot understand , under the present world pandemic , why they couldn't extend our plan ...they have NO HEART ! I will be recommending to all my Canadian Snow Birds NOT to use Conditioned Air . We are very unhappy !

Very neat and clean. They wore masks and shoe booties. They got the job done!

Daniel was a proffesional, thourough and solutions oriented. I would recomend Honest Air without hesitashun.

Daniel was professional and knowledgable. He was respectful of my condo, wearing cloth foot coverings and being careful when carrying a ladder up the stairs.

I been usin Honest Air for 4 years now and every tech has been amazin. They answer my questions, they come same day for emergencies and in the FL hear that is so important. Just the best. I highly recommend them.

Daniel, a second generation HVAC technician, came over this morning to do a yearly check on my air-conditioning system. He checked all the mechanicals to make sure they were working their best. He also cleaned the coils and flushed the drip line. It was the best maintenance service I've had in years. I really appreciated it!
