Conditioned Air

Service was good, called them cuz AC not working I agreed to pay the $85 service call. I been under a maintenance contract with them for 5 years, when the technician Phil came out he found the drain pipe from the compressor was clogged solid, he cleaned the pipe out and charged me an additional $60 I called to complain cuz that's what I been paying them for last 5 years to clean and it's not been done. I spoke with the receptionist at the Englewood office about the charge she stated she would have the office manager call me, that was last Thursday never heard a word from them now that's what I call poor customer service don't use them!

If I could give no stars, I would. When the technician showed up (late), at least he was apologetic. He diagnosed the issue and said someone would call me for a follow-up. I never received the follow-up, so I called Honest Air this morning at 9:30 AM. I spoke with Tomika, who assured me she would check the status and call me back. I did not hear back, so I made a call to them at 7:34 and spoke with a rude, unprofessional male who would not let me get a word in edgewise. He then proceeded to hang up on me. I tried calling back, but he did not answer and instead sent a text message. This was a horrible display of business. When comparing companies for Home Warranties, the Sales Rep assured me that this was one of the best. I am very unhappy with the service I've received in the first round. Now my issue has not been resolved, yet I paid my service fee.
