For the last 4 years+ my account has been deducted by 15 pound PCM without any knowledge. I moved abroad and held the the account in limbo. Until today, when I saw your company had withdrawn 15 pounds for services I have not used.
You requested as much information as possible:
This was the latest payment, but payments go back to 2014-2015. I can provide proof through bank records.

Right now, I have no idea how your company got a DD from me, though it looks like a once off use of Esave. I do not believe I have any correspondence from you informing me that you were instating a payment, nor do I have any transaction record of joining the scheme nor what item it might have been that led to sign up.
I am told you are a legitimate company and as such hope you can help me resolve the matter satisfactorily. If you require more information that helps, then I am only to happy to assist.

Ok, so you're telling me that its now cancelled, but can I get an explanation as to how it started in the first place? This is part of RBS, who in turn are Nat West, was this part of a bank account offer that's just been allowed to run? How did I sign up for this scheme that has put me so far overdrawn? I would like some answers please as I have not used the service and did not sign up for it. Or, you tell me different please?

I have been looking at my parents financial records as they have not been very well and unable to cope. I have come across this £15 card transaction that has been coming out of there account since April 2017! After looking more into it I have come across this company that runs with big stores. My parent are 68 & 70 year old that don't even know how to use a mobile phone properly and they have been scammed into something so shameful! And you should be ashamed of yourselves!
I have contacted my parents bank to be told that they are the biggest problem in retail fraud as they ‘say' you have to fill out details to join there membership but all it Is, is a simple, "would you like to save £15 on your next purchase" which anyone would think a voucher would arrive through email, but no! Your paying £15 a month for absolutely nothing.
Overall my parents have payed £420 into this scam and I would like it all back! I have tried to call but all I got was a rude American woman reading of a script as you can tell this happened a lot!

I want to know why you think it's acceptable to take money from my account with my authority. It's at least £75 and I expect it back in ASAP. I don't know who or what you are as a ‘company' other than thieves so I expect it back or I'll be taking action. I've been through my online banking and I'm shocked to see you've been stealing from me for so long and I've only realised!

wly complete savings
I have been in my online banking and noticed £15 has been taken from my bank account on the 21st of every month for the last 13 months. I have never signed up to this and I am furious that this money has been taken every month as an unauthorised payment.
My other concern is that I switched bank accounts in June last year and I fear this was going on in my previous account.
I want this to be sorted ASAP as I have said I have never authorised this payment to be taken.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have noticed within my online banking that there has been £15 charge taken from my bank. While having signed up after a purchase and re checking after seeing this payment this withdrawal from my account is not outlined clearly, nor is there any notification prior to the charge to act upon.
This is a very misleading act which I was not aware of and would like to end my ongoing charge and have the rest of this refunded. Please get back in contact soon to update me on this situation.

Checked my bank account tonight to fill out my own reconciliation to a random £15 debt from these thieves that I'd never heard of!
Going straight to my bank first thing tomorrow and will be contacting the relevant authorities as soon as possible. Absolutely disgraceful, Imagine if I was a little old lady who had seen random charges on her account? Would have been terrifying!

Money has been taken from my bank account, I have never heard of this business and when I saw it on my statement I googled it. I have no idea who you are. I would like this resolved; i have got in touch with my bank and cancelled the money going out. Very much looking forward to hearing from you but it seems that you may be busy as all people ever say is that you are taking money from peoples bank accounts without them realising.
unauthorized charges
Hi,
I signed up to CompleteSavings back in 14/08/2018 to save money from a Trainline booking. Without authorization and for no reason I have been billed £15 on the 14/05/2019, 14/06/2019 and 15/07/2019. I do not know where these charges are coming from, as it was never said I would be billed £15 per month, and have absolutely no idea why this company has decided to wait to do so 9 months after I first signed up...
I would like to cancel whatever information of mine you have or whatever scheme you have put me under, and I would obviously like the £45 to be refunded back to my bank account.
I have already contacted customer service through email, and I want to ensure I get my money back!

I would like to cancel your service. I didn't give you any authorisation for you to do this. You did not send me any agreements and I have not signed any declarations. The amount is for £15. 08003896960CH. I have stopped this SO D/D payment with the bank. You have been reported to the Bank Fraud Team and thet have told me to inform you that you are now under investigation.

I have looked at my bank account and seen that complete savings have taken £15 from my account, I have no idea who you are and I have never purchased anything from you, I would like a full refund please as this is fraud and I do not want anything to do with complete savings. stealing money from my account
£15 goes from my account on the 13 of every month and has been since April that's a total of £60 stolen from me. I am a pensioner who has just been show how to use my banking app and to find this I'm disgusted. I live month to month and was wondering why money was tighter than normal. I don't subscribe to anything I don't understand and my daughter is always with me when I order on line and we use the same websites.

I've just noticed that every month you've been taking £15 from my account since September 2017! Without any authorisation of me doing so, I never signed up to any saving website! The sum of money I've paid for this scam is £345! And I would really recommend paying that back into my account or I will have to take legal actions as this is simply not okay!

complete save/savings - an utter disgrace!!
Why does this company think it's acceptable to take £15 out of my bank without my authority? Never have I heard of this company never mind signed up to them/it! If a full refund isn't granted then legal action will be taking as it's an utter disgrace. Thankfully I'm not the first but unfortunately I won't be the last! I have already emailed them and will hopefully get the refund that I deserve. If this isn't granted then my bank will be involved and if this happens again then legal action will most definitely be taken. A disgraceful, shoddy company.

I have just had a look on my bank account to find £15 missing and it says that WLY Complete Save. Com has taken £15 from me. I believe this to be wrong because I don't remember signing up for this. I believe I am more that entitled and I would like a refund for the money they stole from me as I am only 17 and money to me is important if I am going to go to uni in 2020

£15 coming out from my account each month without agreeing to being a member
I've signed up for Studio. Co.uk but I have never agreed to sign up for a membership to be paying £15 a month just to get cashback with the next order. All I wanted was to get my order, pay, end of story, not to be paying any membership whatsoever, because I never ever benefited from it anyway.
I can only check my back record online and I can only see it for the past 6 months that this amount has been coming out from my credit card, but who knows since it started.
I sincerely want my money back as I never signed up for it.
I am complaining about unauthorized withdrawal
For the past year I have had an unathorised withdrawal from someone in Switzerland I have lost £180 due to this matter I do not want this to happen again so I have blocked my
bank account if possible I would like a full refund of the amount above which was taken over the year and for these people to be found and prosocuted for theft as this is what I feel has happened and I also have a crime number for this incident
I was unaware I had entered this scheme where I would be paying £15 per month.
I was completely unaware that when I booked a ticket through trainline I would end up paying an expensive monthly subscription, I believe I was hoodwinked into this scheme, and looking at forums on this subject I'm certainly not alone, I will be seeking a full refund and would appreciate your cooperation.

You have taken 15 pound out of my account without me even knowing.
I never agreed to this monthly charge. I wish for this to be cancelled, and my money back ASAP. I will be taking this further. I cannot even think when I even signed up to this. Or ever seeing this appear on any online shopping. This needs sorting immediately. You cannot just take money out of peoples accounts!
