Complete Savings / Complete Saveunauthorised payment

I'm writing to complaint about a payment in which your company has taken from my account with my a nowledge meant.
The amount was £15.00
I've looked into this and I understand this payment was on the klarna.

Please could someone get back to me and refund me my money as I didn't do anything in relation to the cash back option.
