I have just read on your complaints site form another persons exactly what has happen to me, I have brought a train ticked to get to work via northern rail where I would normal buy from my virgin app, but on this occasion I used Northern. I have been charge £15 for WHAT!!
I have never joined your cashback club and don't know how you got my bank details.
You are running an illegal scam, I will be ringing my bank tomorrow to get my money back.
I don't know how you have got away with this and I will be being it up with the rail operator as well.

    Complete Savings will be happy to assist you but it's difficult to do that in a forum such as this when we cannot identify a membership record for you.

    When you submit a complaint on Complaintsboard, you are not contacting Complete Savings directly. Unfortunately, Complaintsboard.com does not make this clear to consumers and they mislead consumers to believe you are contacting us directly. They do not prominently display our actual contact details and instead their website is designed to prod consumers to post public complaints rather than advising the consumer to contact us directly so that your complaint can be resolved expediently.
